This is the best way of cooking, less oily, fresh cooked and believe me reasonable price approx. 3.5 Euro/fish.

Hace muchos años radique en Mazatlán Sinaloa y por los muelles pesqueros vi más de alguna vez gente tatemando lisas o mujol recién salidas del mar de la misma manera que lo hacen estos orientales, es decir con escama, tripa Y sal de mar.
Y luego salían a venderlas en carretas empujadas a mano.
Te las servían en un papel estraza con limón una salsa mazatleca casera, que ahora le llaman salsa Valentina.

Had this twice in Bangkok and those prepared by vendors such as this is much better than those from restaurants, less salty and taste better. Cheaper too. I totally fell in love with it and ate one whole fish myself😁
I'll bet restaurants don't use rubber bands and plastic to start charcoal.

@@daggerfern Those thin rubber bands would have burnt out long before the fish would have been placed on the grill. They even sprinkled coal residue on the lit fire to slow down the rate at which the coal was burning out.
