I have a question though. Say a property has a cash card on it (let’s say 12 million) can another player place another card that has the same value on top of it or does that card loses it value because it’s not higher than the original cash card on the property?

My kids enjoy it and I don’t mind it. Can definitely be swingy though

Needs to be higher value. Not equal. Unless you use free parking.
