Thank you all for the hard work from each of you. I am a retired US Army Vietnam vet and a retired local police officer. It gave me great satisfaction to watch this SOB get what was coming to him. Just watching him snivel and the end of the video. I know you all put in some long hours, but you must get great satisfaction seeing your hard work pay off. I doubt if that SOB will get to see this video, but maybe somebody can pass on the results to him. GOD Bless....Ken Bartlett retired at 85 years . smile.

    His incompetence proves it:
    1) He committed a murder of his next door neighbor.
    2) He committed the crime without getting rid of his clothes, backpack and the receipt of the ATM ticket.
    3) He used an ATM card of the victim forgetting to hide himself and being aware that part of his face had been seen.
    4) He forgot to take the card back because he was focusing on the cash instead.
    5) He told the next door neighbor he didn't know to indirectly threaten her not to say anything and telling her why (which was due to being on probation).
    6) He left his bag that was part of the crime at a friends home...
Etc. Etc. No one would be intelligent and do these things. He is obviously a highly disorganised psychopath/sociopath.

A lot of people misunderstand spousal privilege (including Josh Wade); one spouse cannot be *forced* to testify against their spouse, but they can do so *voluntarily* at any time. There's a difference.
And if the marriage was annulled or if they divorced, privilege is dissolved and she could tell them everything she knows, voluntarily or by judge's order.

Truly a shame when he forgot the card, it was a good way to keep track of him and another chance to see him on camera. Asking about neighbors was brilliant. When a murderer isn't convicted and gets off the first time in he'll certainly murder again. Another vulnerable woman who hears someone in her home and goes to the noise to find the person. It's tragic. If you hear someone, get out! Go out a window or hide if you can't. I've learned so much watching these, such as, I'll never walk at gunpoint through anywhere public, I'll just drop to the ground. If someone's going to shoot me, they'll have to do it in public..

I am not even done watching this and they are realizing that Joshua Wade is a neighbor of Mindy Schloss . They knew him as a man who is acquitted because of evidence tampering and cannot be charged for murder of Della Brown , a indigenous alaska native. I was shocked that they did not include the fact that Joshua also bragged about killing Della Brown. If justice was done in Della Browns murder, Mindy would still be alive today. In Alaska, indigenous natives of Alaska have most of the times no justice in the court system . Even with accident injuries, medical malpractice, justice is never done on their behalf until it happens to a non native, then justice is finally done as in DellaBrowns case.
