    Kopra Podi (Grated dry coconut)
    INGREDIENTS
    Grated dry coconut - 1 Cup
    Bengal Gram Dhal - 1 1/2 Tsp
    Black Gram - 1 Tsp
    Red Chillies - 8 to 10
    Salt - 1 Tsp
    Oil - As required
    METHOD
    1. Fry Bengal gram then add some Black gram.
    2. Fry red chillies seprately using a bit of oil.
    3. Also fry the grated coconut in a medium fry.
    4. Add all the mixture in a mixie. Sift It.
    5. The misture should be coarse as we run the mixie in short interval.
    6. Mix everything together and bottle it.
    To Serve:
    Add melted ghee to hot cooked rice just required powder, mix well which is very delicious. Can also eat with dosa or idly.
