@chefharpalsingh like how u explained the reason for frying onion and tomatoes together. The recipe I was making from another video had it frying onion and tomatoes seperate I will try this trick next time

So the protein is always 40% of the total weight of the gravy for example total dish with protein 1 kg 400 gms chicken, 600 gms gravy..

Why not straight to grinder from pan then please.? Also please , why when serving is the colour browner than in the final cooking?.
Hi Clive it is hot hence you need to rest before grinding, also when you grind and cook again the cooler becomes brighter because of the chillies.
