Completely agree for kit brewers a simple thing like using a proper yeast and dry hopping makes a massive difference . Temp control is also a great tip nice one cheers 🍻👍
Great video. This has confirmed what I wanna do with a kit I’ve just got. Got my hands on wilko IPA. But heard mixed reviews. Was planning on adding light spray malt, maybe beer enhancer as well and dry hopping it with cascade hops.
Oh man it is all about using your own yeast and hops! The one we altered was great and we sank a few after the video. We have some other kits to review this weekend from a new supplier so keep a look out for the vids.

Hi Guys, Thanks for the good info. I am a Kit brewer and this will help in my next brew. Have a great day.
Thanks Paul. hopefully we can think of some more experiments to do regarding kit beers.

Great video, enjoyed that, if I lack time I'll do something similar.
P.S
I bought that Peroni clone on Friday.😉
Thanks Paul. oh amazing, please please let us know how it turns out 🙏🏼
Where did you get your Idaho 7 hops?
The Malt Miller
And there was no homebrew "twang" at all on the doctored brew?
There really wasn’t. I’m sure it’s to do with kit yeasts.
What yeast did you use?
Hi Chris, it was the Mangrove Jack’s Hop Head Ale Yeast M66
