Basant Utsav
The well known Indian artist Rabindranath Tagore presented Basant Utsav or Spring celebration in Shantiniketan, Birbhum to reproduce the enchantment of the cheerful celebration Holi. It is presently an indispensable piece of Bengali culture. Basant Utsav actually implies the festival of spring. Falgun and Chaitra as indicated by the Bengali date-book is the period of Dol Utsav.
