Oh hun! You can't 'wash out' a perm. Its done with chemicals, it's permanent. You can't wash it as much because the chemicals have dried and damaged your hair a bit. Washing often will dry it out more and cause breakage. It'll last however long it takes for your hair to grow. The quicker your hair grows the sooner you will have to get the regrowth 're permed'. DO NOT make the mistake of reperming all your hair from root to tip when you get it redone because it is permanent, only the roots needs perming again.
I've never seen a perm like this!! its litearlly perfect... can you ask your hairdresser what exact product she used.. cuz I live in Hamburg, Germany, and don't trust them here :D haha

I have a very similar perm :) the roots just stay in their natural texture, so if you have very straight hair you can fix it with a curling iron or perm the roots again. My hair is naturally wavy so you can’t really tell the difference with the unpermed hair
