    I wish every Motorsports fan would give Roborace and Formula E an chance. As the nerd I am, I’ve always been open to new ideas. Roborace pushes Autonomous driving further and hopefully leaks down to the consumer market soon!!

    Can't wait to see this car on the track already and not only the DevBots!
    This is truly inspirational.

    Roborace is awesome, i love the idea of putting the engineers more in the spotlight for a high tech racing series. Would love to see more nitty gritty engineering videos instead of marketing fluff pieces though. That is how you build a community of passionate evangelists.

    Awesome, with every Video i get more excited.
    I´m studying electrical engineering on the "Technische Universität" Munich and i hope someday i can join one of the roborace teams to be a part of that amazing technology :)

    I saw the car and immediately saw a Daniel Simon design! Cosmic Motors is a wonderful book that I always got back to.

    construction of the car should have been twenty 10 minute episodes going into all the key components and why they were chosen and how/where they were manufactured. You guys really need someone involved that knows anything at all about youtube.

    These are cool and I'm glad they exist, but I'm a racing and software nerd. I don't care about cheesy music and emotional stuff. I care about the nerdy details of a team developing the first autonomous racecar. I would assume the contract with whoever is making these videos prevents y'all from being able to change the format or focus, but it's be sweet if they contained more information and less fluff

      I like all the geeky stuff, but I also love theatrics. I want both types of videos!

    When are we going to see some more nuts and bolts engineering videos?

      When are we gonna see a real hot-lap with decent pace instead of constant hype?

    EPIC! This is truly an exciting and crazy company - you need both traits trust me! I've been in and around EV's for more than a decade - I can spot duds at 1000 yards. This is the REAL DEAL!

    Just PLEEEEASE put that car into Action now!! We want to see this show-pony on the track now! Throw all the programming into it, and let it fly!!! Enough flashing with it, is this a fancy dust catcher, or a road beast?!?

    I'm only subscribed because you actually have a working model currently. It's not just a concept. Show us more of the actual car driving, fast, on the track. Less hype about the vehicles appearance and more hype about performance.
    Show us real track footage.

  • @AMWULF
    @AMWULF 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    while i dig the progress, im kind of over all the hype. I just wanna see raw track footage of this just on full attack.
    yes theres footage of it on the track in the other videos but the editing and "drama" distracts from what we all want to see...

    you guys gotta stop with the whole look at us we flashy we the future stuff. youve done it for like 6 episodes. we get it. now actually show us the high and low points of getting this self driving race league off the ground and into a actually reality. if you dont do that then you guys are just gloating about something you are working to but didnt attain and no one will be interested because you dont have any content to draw a core audience. how many concept cars has big names put out then everyone forgot because the manufacture didnt engage in the actually consumer/ audience. hundreds. now how many concept cars came out and actually stayed with community backing. 3 cars ae86/brz/frs< 1 car, Chrysler 300 and Nissan juke.

    OMG, this is so exciting, says no one ever. Who wants to see a driverless race car in a competition? Where's the fun and thrill of experiencing going down the track at high speed? That's the beauty of getting behind the wheel and you want to take that away from human? Pfft!

    Any danger of actually broadcasting this race series or is going to underground?
    Case in point: How do we watch today's Roborace in Berlin?

  • @ThomasJoseph315
    @ThomasJoseph315 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    It's going to be hard to get public opinion on your side without risk. For generations fans have watched races for the human emotions behind every move, every pass, every corner with the human element of risk. Pat yourself on the back, you basically combined a Roomba with a slot car...

    Look I know this is what mechanical enginerrs strive for but why, what happens when this gets out of hand, huh answer me that and I might change my idea if its reasonable
