I'm going back years now but my gran who passed 40 years ago wanted me to have her piano which she had used to play for the soldiers in a place that used to be called the hospital hall in Derbyshire. But my uncle (my Dad's brother) and his wife lived with my grandma and just after my gran passed my Auntie sold the piano, So I never got it I did get a tiny ornament which my gran apparently had in her bedroom, but I cleaned my grans bedroom and I never saw it. My Auntie passed away a couple of years after. I can remember it was a black piano with a bit of gold writing on the part above the part you lift up to get to the keys, but I can't remember what make it was. Xx
Many pianos were ebonised after Queen Victoria died, so it was probably from that era Yvonne, but without the name of the piano, that's as much as I could tell you about it. During the 60s pianos went out of fashion and many good pianos were broken up for fun.
You have had some good trips since losing the motorhome. Do you miss it at all Trevor? I think you just learn to adapt don't you when things happen in life. See you tomorrow, bye!!
Pat definitely doesn't miss it, she prefers what we are doing now, which is what I want. I love the little car, and I don't miss all the problems we had with the motorhome, and I like what we are doing now, but with me there's something about wandering about all the time that I miss.
Didn't I tell you yesterday? I don't understand the expression "daylight saving" my friend. All I know is, the clocks go back one hour on the last Saturday in October at 12 midnight.
wow you’ve had an iynteresting life having an unusual trade with the piano you both still enjoy getting out and about admire you both still smiling
It's true, we have had an interesting life Melvin, and still do, we are very fortunate.

We are very fortunate that we live as we do, and you would freak out if we said we saw you shake your head. 😁 but we get the 📸 picture.

When or has your day light saving finished?

@@trevorpat-lifeontherun I haven’t mentioned Day light savings before. So no, you haven’t mentioned it.
Oh, sorry. Yesterday someone asked me the exact same question.
