It's called Hanahaki disease, it's a fictional disease that causes a plant to grow inside a person's lungs due to unrequited love. The only way it goes away is if the person's feelings are returned by the person they love
Basically, if a person has unrequited love for someone, flowers will grow in their lungs. They’ll continue to grow until their love is returned. If not, then the person with the disease will die from asphyxiation and blood loss.
