I’m fairly sure « Come to my house and take me home » is referencing sex or a deep connection in a relationship, Jon’s religious and a lot of his music has Christian themes and lyrics, such as another lyric in this song « Just like he designed me to do ». I think « take me home » is saying basically take me to heaven, as in the home of all spirits according to Christians.
