dont acrylic peel off aftr drying??? i made a keychain out of shilpakar and paintedit with acrylic but aftr drying it got peeled off.. and if any varnish can be used?? can u suggest wat we can useover acrylic??
if u want to wash it , then make it waterproof first, by using Thompsons 10100 Aerosol Water Seal Multi-Surface Waterproofer amzn.to/2DRMeLn and varnish it after coloring then you may wash .........

Dear Swati, For this DIY , i have used FEVICRYL SHILPKAR clay. All about shilpakar clayFEVICRYL SHILPKAR is used to mould and create fabulous shapes and 3-dimensional works of art. FEATURES: Soft and pliable; Easy to use; Dries white and has a glossy finish. BENEFITS: Setting time of 90 minutes(AFTER MIXING RESIN & HARDNER ); Ideal setting time for both professionals and amateurs; Decorate with acrylic colours / all surface acrylic colours/glass colours - solvent based. Instructions for use: Cut equal quantities from Shilpkar Resin Base and Shilpkar Hardener. Mix both by rolling between the palms. By rolling, it will become long. Fold it in half and roll it again. Repeat the process, till it becomes completely white. For the glossy/smooth finish, run a wet finger over the created object before it dries. If your using some other Air Dry clay, PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN ON THE PACK, so that u are enough confident about ur using, advantages and disadvantages. Aur ye clay items ek bar pakka sukh gaya to kitna time (year,) tikta hai ??-----------Same as any other earthen clay object, just much stronger than that........... if taken proper care of the object, it will last for years............

If play doh then it will get cracked on drying up. So it's a better idea to use air dry clay or epoxy compound
