The precious little girl keeps leaving because her grandmother is abusing her! Hopefully sweet Vang Ly will find her and take care of her. That little girl either didn’t feel welcomed or she doesn’t want to be a burden. The other thing is. Had it been me and my house. Before giving the little girl something to eat.
