For the people who wonder why this was reuploaded: The original got copyright claimed meaning no profit was going to go towards the person who animated it. Which is a big deal because animation like this probably took a long time. So someone reuploaded this for people who want both visuals and audio because they don't wanna monetize it.
Who coppiwrted this? Who would have the rights other the original creator off undertale.

Dust sans actually isn’t serious as in the game he completely says he’s just trying to learn chara’s atacks but his memory’s get erased and everything resets

For anyone who doesn’t understand why sans kill his own brother and is new to dusttale allow me to explain this sans after what 320 genocides or whatever sans was tired of seeing the death of all his friends over and over and over again so he decides if he can’t beat chara as he is he’s gonna need to level up like a lot so he goes on a killing streak to beat chara once and for all then once he kills chara he will restart and chara will never mess with the underground ever again sadly that didn’t go out so good and it gets worse for sans you see after he was defeated he mention something about no matter how much the restarts happens he will remember and then he will win yeah looks like the psycho killing streak took control of his brain and erased the intelligence so what does a psycho do to another psycho she deletes sans memories which mean he will be in a death loop forever yep and he had to go through a lot killing tori, killing paps a lot of friends well not undyne well he was but chara beat him to her so yeah
