Team jimny wapi likes
Showing the big boys faya!
very nice🤣🤣so cx5 and xtrail failed us
Shoutout to the the lady driving the LC100! That is perfect throttle application. She let the lockers do their job and gave it just enough beans to crawl up the hill. Very impressive. The guy in the 3 door Pajero did well too. Natafuta moja kama hio!
Its always beautiful..❤
really nice staff.its to die for.we wonna see the airing up too, not just the air down
Hold on, Who built the Jimny? That car did it marvelously!
The 3-door Jimny is a powerhouse. They are made in Japan. The 5 door one will be made in India.
People constantly look down on the Jimny, that car did so well!!
So the Mitsubishi pajero is actually a hardy vehicle??.....
thanks to you now i know.... I've always underestimated the offroad capability of that car...now i know better.
Asante
On this stretch from kws chogoria to the mt kenya lodge i encountered a lone buffalo and i was on a motorcycle some years back. Huge animal that was
The Ford and Disco... My goodness 💪🔥
Watching from Tokyo. MAGNET HILL HAS KILLED CVTS
The Toyotas were like: Mount Everest ain't got shit on mee😅😅
😂😂 We only realised later that a few Toyotas remained at the bottom of Magnet Hill. But majority made it up.
Alot of respect to the Jimny
Awesome!
See guys enjoyed your selves that road trip thank God guys went safely come back safely
Hope to try this one day haki been a fun
That ka hill sio mchezo na JIMMY hatambui
Wait, that Land Rover made me think the camera was tilted from a flat surface.😂😂🔥🔥🔥🔥
😂😂 No other car has a traction control or 4wd system as good as Land Rovers. They are so good.
traction control masters😂
Unknowingly, this is a great advert for Toyota cars man!!! Thanks once again the 5th 🥰
Our pleasure!
Will join you one day, In-sha-Allah.
Wow chogoria mt kenya route epic
Wueeh the disco 4🔥🔥.....big up nomads 💪
Big up 😁
_D
How i wish...one day..!i loove the adventure!.. pajero wewe!!!..wueeeh!
I'm always excited watching you guys.More Love from Lodwar.❤
Thank you nomad. 😊 If you keep watching we'll keep making them. 😁
_D
My heart was in my stomach watching those cars drive up the mountain. Range Rover made this look easy, really amazing stuff keep up the good work.
You and us both! Hahaha!! The Discovery 3 is quite a machine. Land Rovers and Range Rovers have the best 4wd system ever made!
The lady in 100 series ate that hill really good 👍.
One day
Simply sublime. Looking forward to join other nomads in future overlanding expeditions.
We are keeping your bonfire seat warm. 😊 we look forward to have you with us.
_D
The Discovery... Eish
Awesome stuff Nomads, always looking forward to your episode until the day I'll join you...
Thank you Jeff!! ❤❤ Ipo siku!
that jimny we want a review of it
Repeat for a day trip to lake ellis pleaseeeee
Ah, not promising anything but we'll look into that 🙏
Wish I saw you.... Niwasalimie nikiwa hapo Chuka university... I really follow your expeditions mara nomads
@3.54 mins that Laser View is just majestic.
😂🙏🙏 Laser appreciates. She has take quite a beating from the many offroad trips she has been on. She is now getting much needed attention.
Such a great adventure y'all had nomad fam... The terrain to the lake was a walk over for the 100 series... Mad respect to her!
The lady driver of the 100 Series did very well. The video did not show just how steep Magnet Hill is. Plus the road is not straight, so one cannot floor the pedal and benefit from momentum but must be slow and technical on the hill. Thank you so much for watching, fam! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Those driving fast are the oens who made the hill difficult especially the LC120 it became a tractor tiling that piece of land
that bridge my mom alishindwa kupita akasema hadi professional driver acome one tour van driver ndie alimpitishia she refused i do it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Go on Nomads...
🙌🙌🙌😂🙏
Good job
Thank you Jack!
Mahhn,am anxious to come join you guys.i love everything you do.
You’re most welcome!
Awesome Content.... Kudos
You should try out the Timau Gate and drive to Old Moses Camp
Lake Ellis & Lake Michaelson have beautiful scenery
Salimia Broline & Ruto
Great suggestion Nomad! We shall definitely consider it, but we wonder if Land Cruisers will agree. Stories of how LCs overheat on that route are many. 😂
Mara nomads doing the Nomads thing👏👏🙌🙌
Thank our number 1 Online Nomad!! 🙌🙌❤❤❤❤ Hope you will come to our next Nomad Nation meet!
@@TheMaraNomads1920MN am glad and hopefully I will.looking forward to that day🙏
I went to chogoria Boys High school.
This is the first time I have seen chogoria town in over 15 years. Nostalgic.
We are honoured to have rekindled those memories. 😊
_D
I saw you in Embu town @Shell petrol station,Am big fan
Thank you Betie 😊 Your support is much appreciated 🤗

I've watched dozens of mara nomads videos and safe to say Paj and LC always reign supreme. The Nissan T30 and Xtrail always a surprise
Aye, Pajs and LCs are Kings of offroad. But umesahau Jimny...that lil beast. 🙌
@@TheMaraNomads1920MN yes, the mountain goat
The Mara Nomads you have made it again, amazing views direction Mt. Kenya all the way to lake Ellis, thanks so much The Mara Nomads and your team for clearing up the beautiful environment arround Lake Ellis. KWS shall be strict and follow their motto "littering in parks is strictly forbiden", they shall put an eye to that for anyone who shall be seen littering in any wildlife parks or camping places shall be fined heavly.
Thanks for watching!
That KBQ Pajero MK3 chewed magnet hill like Big G.
It has a great traction control system which when assisted by Centre diff lock, makes Pajeros seem to dance on the trails rather than struggle.
Awesome video guys...although 9:37, that was a "Discovery 3 not 4"
Thank you for pointing that out, and for watching. 🙏😊
Nice, but do y'all air down on those hills
Mko trip listening to Nigeriaan music guys promote local we are also here watching Kenyan content
That kasuzuki jimmy is usually so tough I don't know what's manufacturer's secret
Good old Japanese tech, good 4wd system, little mass, make it so nimble offroad.
Any car with low gears made it.
RESPECT for LASER and Rutto, magnet hill is tough but no match we've seen worse 🦾🦾
Please made full length DVDs or videos to sell to the nomads for memorabilia.
We'll take that under advisement 😊 Thank you Kyeyo.
_D
The real adventure was climbing magnet hill. The jimny guy had it pretty easy... and the lady driver.... amenichallenge kiasi
Please start a 4WD driving course for the Nomads.
Many of those vehicles are capable but the owners are over driving them and don't have the experience to navigate rough terrain.
I saw a course in South Africa where people were taught how to navigate rough terrain in their own vehicles.
They learnt how to navigate different situations in their 4WD vehicles.
This would build the Mara Nomads confidence and skillset.
No.1 issue is overheating which is a sign of over driving the vehicles to compensate for the lack of all wheel drive experience.
Well said Nomad. 🙏🙏 That is a very good suggestion. We shall definitely do something.
I've watched this more times than I can count.
For a moment that Land rover made me think the track had been tarmacked.
🤣🤣 All of us felt the same.
Disco chewed the hill
surely mazda cx5 na xtrail thought they could climb that hill😅😂😂 Discovery driver made us proud🤟
🤣🤣🤣 Shush!!
Hamuendi safari rally
#lost96# nakuona..
👊🏼👊🏼 He is a thorough Nomad that one.
How did the Subaru AWDs perform at the magnet hill? If they were left at the bottom,is it coz they could pull the wait or their ground clearance so you chose to avoid any breakdown?
Ground clearance problems 🙏
Khalifa kairo kuja uone ii, discovery 4💪
Makosa ilifanyika. That was a Disco 3 not 4. And yes it did so well!
Choosing the right track accounts for 50% of driving offroad. Unless it's an MK3 Pajero which has the superior 4x4 system ans choosing a track doesn't matter 😊.
Hahaha! You must be a Pajero owner? Or paid by Mitsubishi? You are very right. The correct track is everything. Except when its the only viable one and still has lots of stones, rocks and very loose volcanic soil.
Paj to the nation
🫡🫡 You can say that again! The King of the Desert, and now mountains!
So the "unreliable" land rover discovery is the best in magnet hill?
Hahaha! If anyone tells you that there is a 4x4 that has a better 4wd system than Land Rovers, tell them to go back to school.
@@TheMaraNomads1920MN I better sell my xtrail and look for disco 2 or something
How was the performance of the Delica d5 van... Did it make it to the top?
Unfortunately, no
How many vehicles of the 40 made it to the lake?
Like slightly over a half. Magnet Hill said, "You shall not pass"! Those who did not make it, hitched a ride to the lake in the other cars or hiked like a km to the lake from the hill.
cvt, xtrails and foresters
Noted
Is there fish in that lake? What type of fish?
There is mountain trout. They like cold mountain lakes and rivers. But best place to find them is Lake Rutundu.
Hilux had to be parked
Am not able to download the video
We are working on that for future uploads 😊 Asante for the feedback.
Best place to be, anyone who can beat my record of jogging round the lake?? 😂
You should come on an expedition and regale us with that tale around a bonfire nomad 😁
_D
@@TheMaraNomads1920MN some day i will, 😃 and will carry along 5kilos of Miraa
Nissan Xtrails and overheating.Say no more.
What animals are here?
Almost none because of the cold and high altitude. But elephants etc. can be found down in the forests below.
Hii video nimeingoja sana juu kuna mtu wa mazda cx 5 alikuwa anapiga kelele pale twitter.
Ssssh keep quiet
He tried 💪
Y'all took too long to go up to Ellis... too many complications for a trip people do easily on foot!!😂😂😂😂 KWS/KFS needs to grade that section...
No, that's the reason most people go up. For the experience and challenging adventures.
@@AfricaKonnect well, since that's my home area, we'll make sure it's graded properly because of the tourism benefit...
You can say that again!
