First time seeing a female influencer with armpit hair.. thank you for this! I used to be shamed for wearing sleeveless tops that shows my armpit hair.. im too lazy to shave it because i really dont see the need to. Same! Seeing natural, human things makes me feel happier and more comfortable in my own skin. We live in an era where only conventionally attractive people are allowed to exist and normal, human, bodily functions are not allowed to be shown. I'm glad it's so normal because it's such a natural thing us humans do. Literally everyone has underarm hair and it shouldn't be seen as gross if women do it (not to mention it's double standards because men are allowed to do it). We are all the same species experiencing the same body functions.

And thats fine and cool but in a society where most people shower everyday or every other day its not necessary. Idk if theres a huge difference between keeping it or not but its definitely easier to clean your skin without it being there and growing bacteria. And deodorant clings to it sometimes and ive heard some girls had to use face cleansing wipes just to get it off because soap and water didn't work. Just goes to show you how good the hair is at trapping things in it. Regardless of everything i said, pit hair is a normal part of the body and if you want to "normalize" it, ignore it. Dont celebrate or hate just stay out if peoples pits and business.

I used to be shamed for wearing sleeveless tops that shows my armpit hair.. im too lazy to shave it because i really dont see the need to. My grandma always say that a woman should not have armpit hairs, to which i say back that it is normal and that God wouldn't put those in there if it doesn't serve a purpose there. ( off topic no hate ) but growing up I didn't get to see any of the woman around me with arm pit hair and if they did have arm pit hair it was in the movies / Media and it was seen as bad so I didn't really question it until I downloaded TikTok and found out it was ok to have arm pit hair as a woman but most young girl my age still shave/ wacks and I hope society starts to change there way on how they see woman having armpit hair cuz it's completely normal and I'm trying to except it slowly, and see you come on here with it and act so confident really gives me hope
Same! Seeing natural, human things makes me feel happier and more comfortable in my own skin. We live in an era where only conventionally attractive people are allowed to exist and normal, human, bodily functions are not allowed to be shown. I'm glad it's so normal because it's such a natural thing us humans do. Literally everyone has underarm hair and it shouldn't be seen as gross if women do it (not to mention it's double standards because men are allowed to do it). We are all the same species experiencing the same body functions.

@@krh6239 pit hairs job is to literally trap sweat dirt and bacteria and keep it off your skin. And thats fine and cool but in a society where most people shower everyday or every other day its not necessary. Idk if theres a huge difference between keeping it or not but its definitely easier to clean your skin without it being there and growing bacteria. And deodorant clings to it sometimes and ive heard some girls had to use face cleansing wipes just to get it off because soap and water didn't work. Just goes to show you how good the hair is at trapping things in it. Regardless of everything i said, pit hair is a normal part of the body and if you want to "normalize" it, ignore it. Dont celebrate or hate just stay out if peoples pits and business.
