She was so sad... Young mom was abandoned with her babies beside the road and she did not move for several days. Her pain brokes our hearts. Some people are so cruel!

Here I see ... the greatness of being a mother: no one beats the mother in her role. Speak of equality! No role, no useless career can ever come close. I see the extreme kindness of a man. May God bless him and give him health and peace. And I see how cruel some people can be. To abandon an animal when that animal has been used to domestic life is cruelty. To abandon her when the great laws of Nature require her to be selfless is cruelty beyond believe.

I can see in her eyes that she's still looking for her real owner, she's not too trilled being rescued, that is the feeling that ultimately breaks my heart.
It takes time ❤ we took up a dog whose owner left him. He's been with us for 6 years now but you can tell he still misses his old owner sometimes... so they never really forget the person who raised them
I think you are right. This doggie is in a shock, she is waiting for her old owner to come back for her, and is confused by the tucks that run by on the road right beside her. This dog is a sweetheart.
Ditto with everyone here, dogs are so incredibly loyal and loving that a lot of times they'll still love and give affection to abusive "caretakers" even after being abandoned. Our species really doesn't deserve dogs, they're too good and pure for this world. :/
