I barely use the Tiktok app but I didn't know being referred to as a Tiktoker was such a bad thing. Charli's very famous and rich and someone with her high level of status is still called a Tiktoker so you'd think it was a compliment. Miles God isn’t the only thing that can save you from depression though. I’ve been through a depression and I went to God a lot but when you’re in that state of mind it’s really hard to hear him. I’m a marine corps vet. I deployed to Iraq and Syria in 2017 and 2019. I’ve been trying so hard to adjust to being a civilian again but it’s hard trying to explain why simple things bother me so much. For example I get really bad ptsd when I’m around large groups of people, when I sit in a restaurant I HAVE to be able to see the entrance and exit, or I wont sit down. My girlfriend has been trying to be supportive but no one understands. Just now I was in my car, driving up to the mountains determined to end it all. To end the nightmares, to end the screams in my head, to end the pain. But then, this song played on my Spotify. I pulled over and cried for 3 hours with this song on repeat. This song is the only reason I’m still alive to write this comment. This art you created saved my life

I get that it's not as simple as telling someone to be happy but the only real way to be happy is if you truly want it bad enough and aim for happiness from within yourself. Only you can fix yourself at the end of the day. Only you can climb out of the dark lonely hole you dug yourself into, no one else can save you or tell you to be happy, only you can. Even if someone tells you to be happy and it doesn't necessarily fix all your problems right away (because it might indefinitely not) or ever really than it's at least still a nice kind thing to do still. It's still nice to tell someone they can be happy or they can find the light and they can learn to have hope and believe things will get better and positive stuff like that. Even if sad depressed people are colorblind then us more non depressed people have got to show them all of the beautiful colors there are in this world if they can't truly see them themselves. People can still stand by people's sides if they are sad. It may not fix anything at all but at least having someone at your side makes the pain that much more bearable right because then you know you're not alone. And yk the world is a very colorful bright hopeful place filled with laughter and kindness and love but only if you choose to see the good in life then will you will see it. The only reason you can't be happy is because of you. You/us humans are the only ones getting in the way of our own happiness. We are our own greatest enemies. Have hope that things get better later and find the rainbow and the light to brighten up your world. I've never been clinically depressed (like for my whole life or nothing) persay but I did have a moment in my life (2020) where i was so sad and wouldn't get out of bed often because I lost my last year of high school and 5 months of my junior year (and can never get that experience or time of my life back) and felt alone with no place to go and no more school going online didn't have the same feel as in person so it drained me and then in 2022 I got spine problems and had to go to therapy but RN I'm currently working on my health both physical and mental and physical therapy by walking and exercising and even though im not completely healed yet with my physical pain and some mental know that it does get better if you look on the bright side of things. Learn to be more positive even if it's hard for you to do just give it a try. Find the good things in life that yk will make you happy perhaps. Like maybe a food you like to eat or wear a outfit you want to make you feel confident in or play a videogame that'll make you happy, stuff like that kind of. You'll only ever be sad if you only look for the negative and if you turn off the lights and be a big grumpus butt. You'll never really get rid of the pain/sadness (because that's just a part of life for everyone really not just depressed people) but if you keep your chin up and look at the positive things then you can get yourself by and feel alright. If anyone needed to hear my words then I hope I could help lift your spirits. Never give up hope and have faith, trust, and a lil bit of pixie dust. 🤗 Sadness doesn't last forever just as the rain doesn't pour forever either. All bad things eventually come to an end and the rainbow will appear after all that rain and darkness that consumes your life. If you don't want to get rained on with the downpour of depression then perhaps bring an umbrella to stay out of the gloominess and shield yourself from sadness. Have a good day or night wherever you are kind strangers and find peace within yourselves. Or at least do the best you can and don't give up in life. Fighting!💪 🤗 You got this peeps. My dad once said "He loved when his family called him for help, because it made him feel needed, and feeling needed made him feel good." I have so much of my dad in me, he was a stubborn man, but a good man, and I hate that this delusional disorder took over my life, because I wasn't very compassionate towards him and we fought a lot. As a matter of fact mental illness and addictions can definitely drive a wedge between family members. What do you do when they point at you and say "you are crazy stay away, you're the problem and the negative atmosphere.' 😟 I reckon you learn to create your own atmosphere, unfortunately with delusional disorder it seems the crazies follow you everywhere and taunt you and haunt you daily, so it's always an unstable atmosphere ready to combust at any moment. That's why I pray daily to my God of peace knowing that one day he will take my crazies away and I will be able to rest, until then it will probably be a continuous war of the words written down in songs to sing and blogs to bring misery to the stands until justice is served!

3 years ago when you dropped this song I was so bitter when the people on the street would tell me they were grateful to have God wake them up today. I'm crying right now. I've been suicidal, I've attempted it a few times and I was 12yrs old the first time, 22 the second time, I'm 35 now and I tried again 6months ago. I think about it every day but yet I don't show it, I'm always laughing, joking and smiling around people. They tell me I look good and happy when in reality I'm dying inside. I've had a lot of childhood trauma, I was born drug addicted to heroin, I was adopted at 5yrs old, I've had sexual abuse, I have Tourettes syndrome and it's something that bothers me more and more as I get older. I've overdosed almost 10 times accidentally aside from the suicide attempts but I keep coming back. I don't want to die, I just want the pain to go away. 😔🥺😥
