If you're referring to GTA 5 to RDR2, yep GTA 5 trains are invincible crazy things(although the trans do stop), and RDR2 they are a great improvement being drivable and interactive. Still not the crash worthiness that GTA SA had, but they still couldn't crash each other, only while driving. I assume the reason that wasn't implemented in RDR2 is trains of that era couldn't go that fast to derail.

So the arrow one actually makes sense because I saw a video a while ago demonstrating that, once shot into a container of sand, a bullet would get caught, but an arrow would pass through.
You can also kill fish with small game arrows and that actually keeps the quality of the fish intact. I usually fish like this is shallow ponds because I have no patience for the fishing rod.
you could jump from the second story of the saloon even in rdr1 and land on your horse and ride away. I used to use it as a quick getaway after i slaughtered armadillo lol
I remember in Red Dead 1 I was able to intercept the trains and the train that was moving clipped through the other and then I was suddenly wanted like 20 seconds later 😂
I knew the tree one cause it happens to me. I was walking through those woods and didn’t know the tree was about to fall behind me, and all of a sudden there was a tree on top of me and I died 😅
You can jump from heights onto your horse. The animation even catches you if your not quite right. Although it can be tricky not to miss totally sometimes lol.

While messing around with cheats in a new game I played the mission where Charles's helps Arthur hunt and I figured out that improved arrows can go through animals because I got a double kill with the arrow

My very first play through, my dad, brother and wife were all watching me play. I came across the trees getting cut down and i said "oh thats so cool, would it be funny if they could fall on you?" Right then a tree fell from out of frame and landed on me. It was my first death of the game! And hilarious!
you should be able to drive the trains into each other because the track that goes around tumbleweed connects back into itself, the train operator would probably stop the train before they hit each other but if you do it in online with a friend then it should be possible to have two trains have a head-on collision
I think you need to redo the train one, but this time be on the moving train to see if the conductor stops the train or if it stops itself, then do a second run where you kill him right before he hits the breaks and see if they collide then.

I think sharks were created for a cut portion of the game when the gang is in Guama. It was probably put back as a mod.

If you press triangle while falling to your horse, you'll catch yourself on the horse. Same for the carriage, you have to try to ride it while falling
You dont have to press triangle but I just jump off and onto my horse all the time the game automatically does it

Jumping to a moving vehicle actually works, just click the enter vehicle button in air. stops ragdoll completely landing in said vehicle as passenger.
