I know graphics don't always make or break a game but It's quite sad how little the game has changed, looks wise, in 7 years and a different generation. Same with all sports games. I understand that there is a point when graphics can't make huge leaps forward like they did in the old days but there is also lazyness at play here.
Same animations, same bugs etc that were in this game are still there in the 2019k. I mean, Jesus, in some places the animation looks 20x better here than they do in the latest games.
If I have a PS3 and I’m looking for a good wrestling game that comes close to here comes the pain which one should I get? Should I get WWE 12 or 13 or 17? SmackDown versus raw 2011? I like smooth and quick game play arcade style like here comes the pain. The controls in the gameplay were awesome in that game and I’m just looking for something at least remotely similar. I guess what I’m saying is I don’t care much for sim but rather arcade style wrestling games

Playing PS3 And XB360 was better
After 10 years I am playing WWE 13 the announcers are getting lazy to do their job and announce the wrestlers during the entrance. Now they are not talking at all half of the time 😆
Though wwe 2k14 has a better and diverse roster, this game is better simply coz of the attitude era roster. Man those attitude era characters like new age outlaws, rikishi, too cool, val venis, xpac, godfather, gangrel, goldust etc are so cool. Further, i dont know why, it might be an optical illusion but i guess the sprites in this game are a bit bigger than the sprites in wwe 2k14.
Yea graphics get better over the years for sure but why's it seem like sometimes games back in the day seemed more real.. Other then I don't like how hhh won by a clothesline that's the only thing that bugged me about some of these games.. Sometimes the finisher set up for a pin fall on the next simple move if the finisher didn't finish it... I like how on here the ref got into the pin position faster. I still wish referee pinfall counts were alil faster..
