mm4 was cossack not cain. cain is in the x series. 6 was robots from across the world who were taken control of by Mr.X or Dr.Wily. So it makes sense that they would be repaired and given back to their owners.

Well, if Dr. Light's robots can stay alive after being "killed" twice, so can anyone else's. They're Robot Masters after all.

If you're referring to the Megaman 1 robots, I think it's because robots don't necessarily die.
