You should apply for HAL because till now you have not selected in AAI. So try to appear in every exam till selection. In case you have other doubts then messege me on our telegram channel

Sir i have a doubt that why you left infosys & decided to go for M tech as i am currently a 4th year student in Mechanical engineering & placed in TCS with 3.36 LPA & i am also confused that whether i should do the IT job or proceed one year drop for M tech ?? If your family can support you financially means you can proceed as your interest. If financially not well means you must go to IT job. Now a days IT companies are paying high salary packages or increment comparing to mechanical core companies. Iam working in mechanical core field, with my experience iam telling you that for salary means IT will be best
After graduation I worked for 1 year in aerospace industry and left job to prepare for GATE again. ( I have prepared during college in lockdown). Due to my job and travel I was completely out of touch with Gate prep. After leaving job my attempt didn't go well just qualified with that score I can get only new IITs that too not the branch of my interest. If u r in IT sector that's an advantage atleast you'll get WFH & Weekends off. Unlike ME industries where you get only off on Sundays. Prepare well along with job utilise max - 12-14 hrs on weekend and attempt all PSUs exams like HPCL, BHEL, along with GATE. You cannot grow in IT if your not interested and that too from Non IT background. But intial salary for a graduate will be more in IT compatitively to Core field. Financially you'll be more stable initially working in IT.

No you cannot hide the information of present employer, because if you join any organisation then you need to open PF account and once you join other company then they can easily track you past record. And in past record they can easily find that you were working. This may cause rejection from Job.

Working days In most of the offices from monday to friday but in some cases you need to come Saturday also depending upon workload. Worktiming Most 9 to 5 but in production division you need to come in shifts. Females are mostly work in 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday.
In Bangalore, the timings are 7am to 3pm, however on an average you get free after 5pm. This is to avoid the traffic jams of city for employees early in the morning. Hyderabad timings are 8 to 5, however I am not too much sure about that. So you can say it depends on city where the division is..

You have to show relieving letter from your previous employer in that case, otherwise they will not let you give interview

For ESE you do not need any NOC, you only have to intimate HAL, and after your selection they cannot ask you to pay bond. UPSC is above all
