      I had only tested the HD 440x and wasn't happy with it. I don't feel that the engine is a Harley. It turns me off so much that I simply walked away. However, I know the same engine would be perfect for Maverick. The engine feels right without the HD badge, and between both motorcycles, I would pick Maverick. However, I would also consider RE classic 350 within the price bracket.

    IMO, I dunno why people don't complain about the CB350RS when it too had conventional forks and twin shocks in the rear. The reason I think, is that the Mavrick deceives with its looks that is entirely out of the pond for something that doesn't even get over 6k RPMs. If the design language could settle with the engine getting a 1k rpm higher redline, it would make a perfect hot cake.

    • @SurajSinghTomarArya
      @SurajSinghTomarArya 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Long stroke motor aren't supposed to revv higher. It's getting baclash for not having monoshock because unlike Enfield and Harley it looks more like a naked bike with high tail than a retro bike like H'ness where twin shock don't ruin aesthetics.

X440 is long stroke engine which are rare in India: Only 3 long stroke engines are made in India (Bullet, H'ness & X440). Secondly Harley x440 is versatile bike where it's fun to ride in the city and on highways touring. Many reviewers called it better city ride than Triumph while all reviewers called Triumph a city bike. As for sales Triumph has two model for sales while Harley has only 1 and 80% of Harley sales are for top model which makes it best selling bike over 3 lakhs and also more sales than Triumph as Triumph sales include 2 models. Test ride both before making opinions. Beginners while like Triumph more but expericed riders will prefer X440.

    I think Hero should work on the geometry of these motorcycles more. If you look at it closely it resembles the back end of the X440 which suffers a similar fate. It throws off the symmetry and makes it look like a grasshopper in my opinion. That gap between the races and the rear tyre is too wide. They should narrow the gap. It would make the motorcycle appear more sporty.
