I love how there are FoFs like this and then there are ones like I had once where my crew just did the FoF with zero resistance.
Had one with no ships the entire time and during the 3rd stage of the ashen lord this stupid athena emmissary sloop came out of nowhere and sunk or sloop and took our deserved loot... I like the game but you have absolutely no chance against better players :c

Brig is only .5 m/s slower than the sloop while going into headwind so yeah they can really keep on you when chasing.

Normally when I do FoF’s, I alliance with the pp, there (always galleons and brigs for some reason) and they are always Athena emissaries. They get the Athena loot and my crew gets the rest.
Now do Mixel vs The Universe
Since the time they put that ledger in the game I believe that Rare is teaching us that if we are about to sink or u are afraid of fighting to just log out to make sure u still have those points

There are quite a few streamers who are even better than mixel at pvp but in naval combat, mixel is the best.

What do you think they should add to the game since you said it needs a little bit more
The game needs story progression, hit reg fix, and something to make being Pirate Legend meaningful or a new title like Pirate Lord that means something. The only two titles I use are Triumphant Sea Dog and Legendary Hunter of the Sea of Thieves.
Literally the best SoT player ive ever seen.
And absolutely I feel like even in the wind the they always catch up. They need to buff the sloop a tiny bit more. No chance against a good crew

Against wind I’m pretty sure the sloop is only .3 meters per second faster than a sloop. A sloop duo vs a brig trio of equal skill level, the sloop probably sinks. The brig is technically the fastest ship in the majority of situations, just not the fastest with headwind or wind directly behind it.
