I will personally recommend Marine wisdom, thier teachers are good and have app based recorded lectures too. And nothing promotional I have taken classes , so I'm telling from my experience.

I have done from Hoon Kolkata... thier site is also Hoon maritime...so which ever city you are thinking of check the institutes accordingly..and go to thier website.

1 year overall lagega ....2 -3 months in course and all .. average 6 months for exam and next 3 months for further joining

For Now ..Noida and Mumbai Mmd is having highest passing rate and can say easy to pass....other hand Chennai and Kolkata is hard to clear.

For Part A , You have to go Bharatkosh website and select your particular mmd and pay 3k. But if you are appearing from Noida, then select Mumbai and in comments write " Meo class 4 Part A exemption for Noida MMD".
