I’m always put off when I’m told I can make a lot of money and it’s easy. The word easy puts me off because I know anything worth having is far from easy to obtain. It takes consistent hard work not only to achieve it but to hold on to it and keep moving forward. A lot of people selling their courses try to get you to sign up by making you think you can achieve success without much effort and it’s easy. I know they’re lying because life isn’t like that.
I've watched a lot of videos with people trying to help others but you seem to be the smartest and most realistic one I've seen yet. I was a few of those things you talked about but I've adjusted my thinking. I did hurry to put up my first listing because I thought I needed to get something, anything, up but I see I was wrong. I would love to take your training but I'm 67 and on Social Security only so there is nothing left to spend. I don't expect to make sales overnight and I know it's all trial and error which takes time. Thanks for all of your videos.

I think of it more as residual income than passive. Passive makes it sound like you’re just making money doing nothing. With any sort of “passive” income you have a lot of up front work. And if you want the amount of income to increase over time you need to keep working.
Could you tell me why etsy seller use names for the listing titles? For example "Modern Cards and Gifts Sign Template, Cards and Gifts Table Sign, Cards and Gifts for Wedding Printable Sign in Multiple Sizes - Claire " or "Modern Place Cards Template, Printable Wedding Place Cards, DIY Wedding Place Cards, Wedding Name Cards, Elegant Place Cards - Celine " are there any affect for my listing? I tend to add more colors, I feel like if if I add 2 colors, I'd get messages from people asking for more colors, but I will definitely try less variation, maybe 1 or two colors, how about copy cats out there? I contacted a store owner yesterday bc they used my photo and title, even listing it for a lower price. Thankfully she removed all of the listing she stole from me

From what I've been reading yes. As far as I know from what I've been researching, it looks like it's for orders with no tracking attached to it. It's a crap situation either way and it is hurting sellers.

Exactly!! Success on Etsy is hard work and consistency. To become exceptional you have to be willing to do what others are not willing to do.

It’s crazy I buy all my shipping labels through Etsy with tracking and still got put on reserve.
Not for digital downloads.
My main concern is them putting your account on reserve for 90 days 😩.
