Me and i think many others fell in the trap of being too risky especially in artifice just to get more loot or for the sake of staying as late as possible when thats not always the best play when youre starting out. If you get bad entity spawns or just dont feel safe with an early ghost girl or bracken its okay to just not bother. Of course if youre going for WR this is not what you should do but for most people WR shouldnt be their first solo goal. W guide
I am the only person in my friend group who wants to play HQ, but i was just never confident enough bc i know i can get really upset when i lose a good run… this helps a lot giving me the confidence to start practicing more
IMO the biggest thing for solo gameplay (after techniques and allat) is mental fortitude. A proper run takes several hours, all of which can be ended by a single lapse in judgement. Playing safe, but more importantly learning what safe means for you, is absolutely vital. It’s also ok to take breaks, hop in vc with friends, or let TH-cam run on a second monitor. Anything to help you not lose your mind at the monotony that doesn’t overwhelm you cannot be understated
If you do this you cant reroll day 1 since it will change the weather, which is banned for high quota, so if you get a low value day you waste more then triple the amount of time every reset
Another tip: I like to use spray painting when it's mineshaft. You don't need to bother to lose yourself if you do it right. Spray you way from fire to cave and then look for dead ends while you loot(don't spray dead ends). When you find the main path, start to spray from the cave door to this main path. That way, you can somewhat go deep(not too much if solo) and don't lose yourself. And you start putting your items on this main path as well(good practice for not solo runs as well). The caves work as the other interiors: some dead ends and the main path. That way you will have: a clear path from fire to cave, a clear path from cave to the main path that has a lot of loot in the way to be transferred. Make sure that all other paths besides the main path are cleared. I went to a lot of public lobbies and sometimes people go deep and don't check corners close to the cave door and there's like gold bar, cash register 😂

Alternatively for q1 d1 you can go March and reset for beehives, with 5 minutes of resets it's usually easy to get an 800+ day 1 with little to no effort just by bringing bees and checking for loot near exits

Sure I have ghost girl already, but just don't look at her, right? Nothing could go wrong, like an unexpected nutcracker in the labyrinth, or a coil sprinting full tilt at me from behind as I loot its corpse just as I hear ghost girl again. Didn't eat shit instantaneously after surviving like 20 jumps that could have ended the run already. Anyways don't go back into Rend after pulling app.
Thanks for the video! I've been consistently practicing solo runs in my free time nearly everyday, and hope to make something happen! Some advice I didn't know about, so I'll definitely be implementing it in my runs from now on.
I think it’s cool that even without frequent updates, there’s a community for competitive high score players and casual vanilla and modded players out there. Personally I like the idea of high scores, though without a good target within a time period of like an hour or 2, endless mode can kinda drag on. I sorta wish there were like bounties or “contract” work for shorter playtimes that isn’t the challenge moons.
some corrections: v56, you need 1601 not 1626 for art q2. correction #2 is don't calculate how much to sell q1, 2, and most of the time, 3. you want to sell all, as it gives you free overtime since you cannot lose money in solos mode. you're wasting money if you sell for only artifice on q2/q3. assurance, i actually do recommend playing main first. but, if you want, you can actually scan for bees and still make the fire jump, most of the time without even taking damage from the jump. overall mostly correct info but small corrections/tips i wanted to add

The overtime calculator in the spreadsheet isn't working, or I may be using it incorrectly. Even in the video, the numbers didn't change, which is confusing.
Question: There Is an exploit where if you buy the cruiser then eject the cruiser stays on the ship for the next file, can you still do it if you do that exploit?

I’m running v56 but I am struggling on adamance as I only get 300-400 scrap with beehives while leaving at the latest I could. But when I try assurance, the bottom lines of assurance don’t even get in range of the scrap I need for artifice. Pls help😢
I used to have a “wr” solo a while back. I say “wr” because I didn’t record it and I don’t truly know if anyone got higher or not it was just the highest I’d seen after a couple hours of searching online. It was back in v45 and it was very tedious to do.
I've only played solo and it's taken some time to get to over 200 a day. But I also have bumped up to 300+ sometimes. I am not good with monsters or bees so that kind of knocks down the quotas too.
Ok so to play solo make sure to go to final destination. Use the wave shine cancel and then link into Ex air grab (gotta practice this) into landing ultra spike. Me: I just wanted to have a bit of fun solo. Maybe this isn't the game for me.

I saw you do the damage ass jump, is it worth the few seconds? For anyone who doesn’t know what I’m talking about, you can jump onto the higher part to the very right of the ship and then jump to the rock to avoid taking any damage at all, though you will have a little less time and less stamina. Would probably be most useful if you have bees
Is there any reason why Rend is better than Titan for solo? I know Rend has shotguns but Titan also has a decent chance for shotguns and it has a smaller outdoors. Plus it isn't that difficult to get a solid 600-700 on Titan if you don't get horrible luck. Maybe I just prefer Titan more
I’ve had conversations about Titan vs. Rend for solo with a lot of people in the breadcord. IMO, it comes largely down to preference. Back when I ran solo titan, I would average 600, with my rend average being abysmal. However, other solo players would find the complete opposite. I’ve concluded that it largely depends on your play styles, and whichever one works better for you is completely fine. That being said, Artifice completely removes BOTH from the equation for solo. My best days on Titan would be 800-900, meanwhile on Artifice that would be my AVERAGE, even prior to having cruiser.
about how many resets will it take to get a good 1st quota on v69 adamancw? Because more often than not monsters will spawn on my routes and kill me/prevent me from getting loot
cruiser is so poorly implemented that rocketjumps is only usable for speedrun rollouts but in theory they are needed to make cruiser playable on all maps
As far as I know the only entity that has less health in solo is Butler. The only other solo exclusive thing is snare fleas falling off of your head by themselves in solo

Watched a bunch of company cruiser guides from Bread, but i still mess up the artifice jump sometimes
No, it's not, adamance has more bees. Bees actual spawn rate is dependant not only on their spawn chance but also on daytime spawn deviation of the moon
"Only averaging 700 on artifice" made me laugh. When I'm playing with 4 people we barely get 900 most of the time. How am I supposed to get 700 SOLO. XD

If your going for WR, is it cheating to leave and rejoin, and go to the company building to change weather?
