so this sub is amazing and works so well, I got really visible results in under a week and im in love with them!! basically this sub has slimmed down my face A LOT. My face overall is a lot more defined/slimmer, my skin has sort of tightened in a way especially in my cheek area. My cheeks have hollowed out a lot and there's not a single bit of fat on my face. When i found them I did the same thing as you, i went through all the videos and comments seeing if it worked for others, cuz then it would surely work for me i thought. I was sooo insecure, i still am but it’s gotten better. One thing to know is that yes you can listen with earbuds and imagine compliments and stuff, that is a great thing to do. I was absolutely obsessed with subliminals when I first started, i wanted to change everything about my self, especially my appearance, i wanted to be the best looking and have people flocking around me trying to date me. I got really discouraged when i woke up and didn’t look like a supermodel with boys texting me confessing there undying love for me. deep down i knew that wouldn’t happen but i hoped. I listen to subliminals every night now. i used to listen to the body and boyfriend ones and then i saw a comment that changed the way i thought. I realized that i needed to focus on my mental health, confidence, and my happiness in the way that i am before i tried to change anything. after doing that i am happier, more confident and i feel that subliminals work better for me now. so my advice would be listen to some mental health ones to start out. this won’t work for everyone but this is what worked best for me. sorry this is so long lol. best of luck on your subliminal journey and just remember to love yourself because hating it will only make things worse, the more you love yourself the faster you will see the version of yourself that you want to love. I think I’ve got some results from this subliminal.
I was taking photos and I noticed that my jawline is way more sharper than before. It was prominent, but now is sharper. I didn’t lost weight during this month and I didn’t burn fat (I didn’t go to gym so I’ve lost muscles instead!).
