As an ex-art history student, I happen to have an art book with Van Gogh’s sunflower pic in it at home… On a whim, I opened the book and used the sunflower page as a catalyst AND I frickin got Van Gogh in the first multi after that. I have been having a string of bad luck as well, and I was so lucky that the Art history god or something blessed me. Hope you do better in your upcoming summoning.

There is something with this banner... I swear. I had TWO SSR spooks, Mordred and Waver, and no Van Gogh. I could have had Np2 Van Gogh, instead I had a kick in the balls and currently no Van Gogh.

Feel ya on that ending, during the Jeanne Alter banner a month ago I wanted her and Atalanta Alter. My last roll I got spooked by Karna and then to rub more salt in the wound gave me a gold Berserker card that turned into Tamamo Cat in the same roll. Did a single multi roll on the Yang banner cause I like Heroine XX and Artoria but gotta save for next year and got spooked by Antoinette. Getting spooked sucks but feels even worse when it happens on banners with servants you like. 😭 Here's to hoping both our luck turns around.

Things really get uglier after the update. It was usually not this hard from my experience, yet some how it became normal that 100 pulls will not get you anywhere. I tried it on the three ongoing banners, and yeah could be my bad luck or a change in config of the bachata system

I feel your pain man, on the dual banner on day one I got three Nemo’s but no Gogh in like 750 SQ or something, and then it took me like another 200 before I got NP 1. In that time I got a Artoria and a Odysseus as well. Banner is cursed
My partner got Goghie by playing the Doctor Who episode about Van Gogh and having Starry night on the Rhone open. When we got to the ending pert of the episode, when the Doctor shows Vincent the future, he got Goghie! So maybe you need a different catalyst

Got Anastasia in my last 10 roll in the Van Gogh banner made me literally scream Myst like a crazy bastard cause I got affected by the caster curse then I just straight up close the game didn't even finished the roll, then I just saw Van Gogh just sitting in my roster made me scream like a psychopath that earns a beating of a lifetime.

-Rolled a 10-pull exactly once on day 1: immediately got Nemo. -Crap. I didn’t want Nemo. -Rolled 6 times for Gogh on solo banner. -Nothing but Pain and Depression. Remember, kids: if there’s someone you DON’T want who is currently sharing a Rate-Up with someone you DO want, you WILL get the former every time.
Man I feel so sorry for you, that was really brutal. Personally I've completely given up on multies as they always screwed me over every time. Been doing singles with great success lately and was able to get np2 van gogh with only tickets and some free sq. You could give singles a try too, maybe it helps you aswell :)
i've had a bit of weirdly good luck with getting SSRs i wanted on a whim, with hijikata 2nd copy in one 10 pull and now van gogh in 2 or 3 multies (i think one multi mightve been on nemo solo rate up, but i dun rmb). here's to more rate-up SSRs in the future, good luck to anyone who's rolling
Fun fact I rolled on the last Cleo banner and got 4SSRs in 60 and 1 ticket. The first 3 were spooks and the tickets ended up being Cleo. And funny enough 2 of those SSRs were Karnas and one Waver

Every single time after going for a servant, if I roll another multi after I get them I always get them again, happened in Yang, Castoria, Dioscuri, Gogh, Ozy, Super Orion, Kiara. It’s only ever failed like twice in forever.

This was the first time I got spooked from a rainbow, needless to say, it HURTSSSSSSSSSS. I spent a total of around 360sq, with 2 ssr spooks and 7 sr spooks before I got the rate up rider, and I only have 4 copies of the 5* CE. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I got super lucky and got her in 2 multis but then updated the game and im getting white screen and can't log in, saw some other people have that issue as well :/
I'm also having problems logging in after the new update. I changed my very old tablet for Pad5 pro with better hardware and Android 10 system and now the app will crash during the initial loading sequence. Since the tablet has only the basic google stuff and FGO installed does anyone think that there are some additional softwares or requirements needed to launch correctly FGO?
Yo, i was having the same probably... So... I saw that u can solve it by changing your region to USA and language to English... So basically i cleared cache...re-download (didn't work) Went to playstore change country to usa / used VPN and changed location to VPN / changed phone language to English (usa) Then opened the game again... The white screen was there but after touching the screen for like 15 seconds it logged in Now i don't have to use the vpn thing anymore and it's working... Just takes some time to log in Hope this helps 0-0)

I think I was one of the ones who stole your luck. I got Gogh on Rainbow lights on the first multi of the day she had a solo rate up. Though on the downside, i didn't get any additional copies of the 5* CE, and I only have one from rolling for Nemo who i also only got one copy of, though his was gotten in 16 multies.
ah this feel i know this feel i went 600sq with only two copies of summer raikou and the same amount on castoria for an odysseus, and that was it it turned around eventually tho in 7 multis and 4 singles on the yang guifei banner, i managed to pull yuyu (in the first 6 singles), 3 copies of summer raikou to np5 her, and my first nightingale, who is a top 10 waifu for me
I can relate: spent +900 SQ out of +1500 just to get her (and 90 more to get Nemo afterwards). I never did that many rolls for one servant (ended up with 17 copies of the 5* CE, second Zhuge, three new 4* and the two desired 5* servants... still no K-scope :/)
what's interesting is that if NA had pity you would have hit it in this video since pity is at 330 pulls, or 900 SQ (since the 11th free pull counts towards pity). just crazy to see how much of a sq investment this game has pre-pity. I can only hope we get it soon.
Pity works for SSRs.... but pity doesnt exist for the SRs. Imagine your most wanted servant being an SR. You would think higher rates would save you but alas

60SQs and spooked by a lancer. Figured it was a Fionn, turned into Enkidu which I did not have. Was ready to accept that as my 5 star as opposed to Goghie, then right after she drops by in the same pull. 💀 Im scared something might happen to myelf.
I had much better luck today. Got her my first multi. Used the other four hoping for another copy, but got an Ozy and Medusa lancer. So about 400SQ for one copy.

my roles for van goh were weird i had 4 minrolls with only one 3 star servant in each and my salt levels were high and i decided to go into my muramasa funds and i ended up getting my first ssr spook(the monk castor) which just added more to the salt pile and then as im raging i get like 5 3 star casters and i see gold and got goh then another gold and a nursery ryme i felt hella good and immediately did one last multi and got rainbows on the first one and then the 5th copy of the 5 star CE

I can relate: spent +900 SQ out of +1500 just to get her (and 90 more to get Nemo afterwards). I never did that many rolls for one servant (ended up with 17 copies of the 5* CE, second Zhuge, three new 4* and the two desired 5* servants... still no K-scope :/)

Pity can't come fast enough to NA. I got Gogh in the end but so many damn spooks and also she got me to pull out wallet-chan since forever ago.
Good god... this is even worse than my luck for Murasaki in Valentine last year...

I saw some videos that had 1620 sq and only got np 1 nemo and 3 ssr spook
what's interesting is that if NA had pity you would have hit it in this video since pity is at 330 pulls, or 900 SQ (since the 11th free pull counts towards pity). just crazy to see how much of a sq investment this game has pre-pity. I can only hope we get it soon.
Pity works for SSRs.... but pity doesnt exist for the SRs.

900 saints, and 2 van Gogh, ill try to np 5 her, one day. she easily my favorite servant in the game, and she deserves level 120 to.
Similar story: spent roughly 800Q (counting the tickets) on Van Gogh, got a Waver and a rainbow Altera.
Damn that sucks, to think i was complaining about not getting NP2.. guess i just need to be glad to have gotten her at all. Maybe you just need a good catalyst, i used the Starry Night painting i have at home.
60SQs and spooked by a lancer. Figured it was a Fionn, turned into Enkidu which I did not have. Was ready to accept that as my 5 star as opposed to Goghie, then right after she drops by in the same pull. 💀

Had the exact same problem with Nemo. It was painful, but I managed to get both NP1 Gogh and Nemo.
I had much better luck today. Got her my first multi. Used the other four hoping for another copy, but got an Ozy and Medusa lancer. So about 400SQ for one copy.

Rip me. Himiko first multi and no further rolls, then 300+ and no Gogh. And what is with general pool 4star CEs on this banner? I got swamped with them, too.
I cannot seem to get a Foreigner. Any time I roll on _any_ Foreigner banner, my rolls have been unusually terrible.
Now suddenly I feel a lot better about my NP2 Van Gough with 570 Pulls. Really, I just want one copy, and early one that is. But she just had to show up when I only have 30 SQ, and in back to back no less.
imaginary scramble banners were very gd to me. 3 multis, got nemo in first, nothing in second, van gogh in third. now i'm worried for every other gacha game i play

my roles for van goh were weird i had 4 minrolls with only one 3 star servant in each and my salt levels were high and i decided to go into my muramasa funds and i ended up getting my first ssr spook(the monk castor) which just added more to the salt pile and then as im raging i get like 5 3 star casters and i see gold and got goh then another gold and a nursery ryme i felt hella good and immediately did one last multi and got rainbows on the first one and then the 5th copy of the 5 star CE
