A Sdinganuff Musick Release (A.S.M.R.)

This video displays the basic Reggae Grooves: One Drop, Rockers, etc, and the use of the cowbell in the Carly Barrett style, as well as typical Reggae drum fills. Nothing lighting fast or super technical here, but a monster groove and feel!
This was filmed in Fréjus, France, during a soundcheck with The Wailers (Bob Marley’s band)

Drummer/Bassist Aston Barrett Jr is Bob Marley bassist Aston Familyman Barrett's son. "Uncle", as he says, was Carlton Barrett (RIP), original Bob Marley drummer and Familyman’s brother, so there is no wonder where his feel, drumming and bass playing come from!
"I'm actually a bass player like my father" he says, "I am just playing the drums for that tour!"

I had the privilege of sitting right behind Familyman's Ampeg bass amp, a few feet away from Aston Barrett's drum riser. Talking about the ultimate Reggae Riddim section lesson!
Too bad I didn't have proper sound/video equipment at the time... Sorry about that!

No matter the instrument we play We still learn from the best i play 4 instruments ,bass, guitars rythym and lead i also play kdyboards and what Mr. Barrett Jr here does i learned from my dad. And my grand father Ernest Ranglin. I am 3rd Gen Ranglin and i surpassed my grandfather,dad and my uncle who taught me keyboards and Hammond B3 which i own 3 hammond products XB2 ,XK1,XM-1
