YES! For two decades they have been screwing me the same way. Every time I call to cut my services and bill they make me wait, tranfer me around,say they can’t do anything, then after over half an hour they come back with a deal that cuts my bill ~25%….and it is always temporary! In 6 months the bill doubles! And I have to navigate their call of hell again!
