Hey yes travel insurance is necessary to upload. I think they had options to add all documents individually I don't exactly remember that, but if not you can merge them.

And advised to have 1.5-2L balance ? So how an unemployed person can have this much balance in her/his account for consecutive 6 months? For example, If husband alone is employed and wife is unemployed? And what if 50year old woman who is unemployed needs to travel ? In that case how to maintain this ??

If you have US visa, you don't need anything else. And I got my visa within 5 working days. Flight tickets aren't needed for visa, I booked after I got my visa

In Schengen visa they put my name twice for the first name and surname but that is done by the consulate from the office by them . Definitely not true about the 5-7lakh balance. I had maybe around 1-2lakh in my account and got my visa. But i had previously visited a few countries so can't say about no travel history though

Once you're done with your first payment immediately you'll get the 2nd mail with the other link for documents upload. You have to upload within 24hrs

I don’t have much idea about the surname part, best would be to mail Georgia consulate and ask about this. They should guide properly
