confidence, self-esteem, self- awareness , exposure , interviewing skills and quality resumes are all factors to consider in landing a good job overseas!!
Great interview. These are the kind of interviews that most Ghanaians need especially those abroad. I reside in the UK and work as a Business Analyst with my Ghanaian degree certificate and a little 10 weeks training (2 days in a week), and it’s been superb and fulfilling. In the UK, a BA can make as much as b/n 450 to 900 pounds per day. I laugh when I find myself in the midst of some Ghanaians and all you hear is shift work. Pls let’s learn and follow who know road. Connect with guys like this man and well meaning individuals. I started as a night shift worker in a grocery store, worked in IKEA but I had to challenge myself and have an open mind. Trust me you can live good if you want to. It’s all about choices that you make in life. Kudos host!
I tell Ghanaian people this. You can use your Ghanaian certificate to get a job. You don’t have to settle for less. I Got a job earning almost 6 figures, less than 2 years after arriving in America. I have never sat in an American classroom but work a good job. Sadly I am the only African in a company with over 6000 employees. When I tell other Ghanaians to apply for jobs there, they give excuses upon excuses. I don’t know if it’s lack of confidence or what. The only thing they know is envy the Nigerians who do well here. They think the Nigerians are too known meanwhile they work with their brain with confidence not their strength.
This is so true, focus on your skills. They mostly don’t care about degree and certificates unless your job requires a license. No job has ever asked for my degree. Not even once.
I like this guy he has spoken a lot if sense, those who think he is talking rubbish and political etc are just untruthful people and that is the problem with a lot of Ghanaians. We know the truth but bcos we are corrupt we don’t support the truth.
I am proudly cleaning toilets in Austria. I own a cleaning company and make 3 figures. I have made more than a million since I started over 5 years. It was easy to start up the company. Even though cleaning is not physically easy but definitely worth it. It’s time ghanaian people wake up and stop shaming jobs while they earn 2000 highest working In corporate jobs whiles the so called jobs are earning 10 x more than them. At a point in time I earn 12000€ from 1 client (hotel cleaning) a month and I had 70 clients. Imagine the Cashflow. Wake up. You have slept for too long. Of course if you clean alone you won’t go far but if you have 5 workers, you can go far. Just figure out how to get clients and even that is easy because if you do it well, you automatically get plenty Referalls. Start alone and get workers as the demand grows. Those who have ears will hear.
Greedy, uncaring politicians are the problem in Ghana. We know what do to develope the country but shady politicians working behind the scenes will not allow it. Thats always been the main issue. Not until there is a mental shift from curruption will Ghana really progress.
The problem with Ghana is our unitary style of governance is not helping, we must adopt the federal system to limit the burden of the central government so that infrastructure development could be enhanced.
Prince you are too good for NPP. Unfortunately they don't want people like you. What is preventing them from stopping galamsey? Let's vote for business minded like Bediako (Sheda)
Before one break the public sector into 2 halves (2 parts), retain one half and send the other half to where, this practice is not new, Ghana a country has practice before. What we need to do as a country create an enabling environment for it citizens to thrive. The guy did not mention what the other half is going to do. Analysis should always be complete. The key is this Ghanaians back home should always see Ghanaian abroad as their brothers and sisters. The home and abroad should work together, this is what the Chinese do.
Even Kuwait here same thing happening here only oil but come see how the country developing bcos better contracts has been signed to gain profit not like Ghana corruptions leaders.
Canada is 24 economy and the samething can happen in Ghana if we have young eligible leadership. We have night shift workers in many provinces in Canada and the US, New York City as an example, people don't need night to sleep, that's why New York is New York, kwasea toriwa. Visit Ghana and see how gslamsey have devastated our rivers, agriculture and rainforests. Aboa toriwa
Some of they leaders are steady the system how to surf problems in abroad,, But the wicked and selfish to go for the shallow minded people work for them to benefit for his families and friends.
I got disappointed in this man's honesty and integrity. He is an example of an educated person who seeks his stomach n emotionally attached to his party such that he couldn't be objective. All he said about his education is useless. He is not any better example. He shd go n feed his family.
Yeah! Interviewing Erico Papiizo, Milo TV etc never helps. There are lots of educated professionals in Canada who need to be interviewed to encourage lots of young ones about the benefits of studying instead of working in the factory
why most ghanaians write headline in english and always use ghana language? even people in abroad. simple use ghana as headline so that ghanaians will know its only for them. thats why i like nigerians from headline you know what your going to see there.
Lol, NPPs will always be NPP. “Apart from deɛ ɔkɔ adwuma anadwo, wanhu sɛ obiaa ɛda?” Does this statement alone not certify that the economy of the country is being run 24 hours? You may not support the political entity but you can’t rubbish a feasible policy just because your party is preaching otherwise…
Why do you support a party which is not doing things right like, distributing v8s, paying ex gratia, not championing the constitutional amendment, not cutting government size and spending, and many other things that you believe is not helping Ghana, why?
Why do you also support a party that break down judges houses to build cathedral but never built it but paid millions of dollars to architects. Nonsense
Is a bank manager above traveling by train? In cities where transportation system is efficient, they can do that. In some places, it is more costly to drive than to use the train or bus.
@@ThereIsStillHOPE4U the bank manager still has cars . I know some people go to work by train or bus because they live far from work and also to avoid traffic

hmmmm! reading some of the comment on this video, you get the impression that, this is an intelligent man but I disagree. just listen to his understanding about 24hour economy alone tells it all. he is just a joke

Mr prince you spoke well from the beginning but what you said about the opposition leader shows that you have a limited understanding about politics because you can’t compare your leader Bawumia to Mahama and also your comment about the 24 hour economy shows how limited minded person you are.
Guy stop that useless politics because you can do more export ,yes why can't he do that mahama is far better than the bawumia I am telling you honestly because we need to do more export than always localising our industries and what can bawumia equip ghana with.He can't help ghana in any way I am telling you guys

There are many professional Ghanaians who are doing well in Canada and don’t make too much noise and make a lot of money.

Have you realized it’s only the menial job workers that makes noise ?
