Americans and their homes on wheel's! What about doing it tough, just a batwing awning and a fire pit is all that's needed. I'd love to get to these events, Australian's do it so differently but having worked on 5th wheel slideout Winnebago's ect I can understand with a big team, it'd basically be base camp.
"runs for 3 weeks" ? The Dakar used to run for 3weeks over a wide variety of terrain but unfortunately is now a shorter two week desert race since moving to Saudi Arabia 😢
Beside that second team you showed is not Indian, its a Saudi team called black horse and that tent not meant to be for sleeping its for having a coffee and tea break.
