  • Walkover Reef is an artificial reef north of the Jupiter inlet in about 40 feet of water. It has become a popular spot with divers and boaters considering the plethora of trash on location. Sandy bottom surrounds the feature, allowing to easily anchor without damaging the structure. Many fish live on or use the feature for protection. This includes Snook, Atlantic Spade Fish, Amberjack, Spanish Hogfish, Caribbean Spiny Lobster, Porkfish, and French, Gray, and Queen Angel fish. We saw a Goliath Grouper who could possibly be a resident to Walkover.
Date of Deployment: Unknown, best guess early 2000s.
History: The date of deployment and origin are unknown. Some parts possibly could be part of the Old Henery Flagler Bridge. The walkovers could possibly be from the beaches of Jupiter. However, this is just a theory.
