This is excellent teaching thank you so much! Easter is the celebration of Ishtar the fertility goddess (hence bunnies and eggs) Christmas is the celebration of the birth of male Mithra. The early church kept the appointed times Paul refers to them often as he needs to get back to Jerusalem for the feast.

Here is what the bible says about asking the intercession of saints:
Saints and angels present our prayers to God in heaven (Revelation 5:8; 8:3-4). What are they doing with them and how did they obtain them? The most logical, feasible explanation is that they had received prayers (technically, intercessory requests) from people on earth as intermediaries to God. “Elders” in heaven (dead saints) spoke to St. John (Revelation 5:5; 7:13-17), and John spoke to one of them (Revelation 7:14). Angels also spoke to John (Revelation 1:1-2; 10:9, 11; 11:1-2; 17:1-2; 7-18; 19:9-10; 21:9, 15; 22:6-11), and he talked to one of them (Revelation 10:9). St. John wasn’t in heaven at the time; he was “on the island called Patmos” (Revelation 1:9).
The intercession of the dead for the living is shown in 2 Maccabees 15:14-17; an intercession on behalf of Israel by the late high priest Onias III plus that of Jeremiah, the prophet who died almost 400 years earlier.

Pastor Gary Hamrick, you are giving us some misinformations on Catholic teachings. Catholics do not worship the saints nor Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, but Catholics ask Mary and the saints to pray for us.

But the Bible says.. the dead know nothing....those who have died can not pray for those of us here on earth.....the Bible also says...there is only ONE mediator between God and man and that is the Man Christ Jesus...I am afraid it is you who have been sadly misguided by falsehoods...please follow the Bible and the Bible alone...and not traditions made by man...God's Blessings Always...Eileen

Both those for and against the intercession of saints quote Job 5:1: "Call if you will, but who will answer you? To which of the holy ones will you turn?"

Why is it bad for priests to separate themselves? God has used distinctive garments to set his spiritual leaders apart (Exodus 28). I am curious as to why you highlight this as a point of contention with the Catholic church. The Catholic church is not perfect but we certainly do not 'worship' Mary, and our priests wearing distinctive garments is not a violation against Christianity.
Conquering in the name of Christ is not a good thing? If God tell you to do it, you don’t do it? Did God not also tell the Israelites to conquer his neighbours. I’m sorry I think this guy boasts a little bit of his own interpretation. Best he be uncertain lest he prides on his own understanding.
I have a question, for the unsaved does their soul go someplace when they die? isn't hell/hades the grave? Do their souls stay in the grave or???
Hell is the lake of fire. Listen and learn. I'm believing if you are a young child or bady, not of viable age you go on to heaven. But otherwise you go on to hell, for I remember when my granddaughter was little she understood that God created everyone and everything. She would be in awe of everything around her and say God made that didn't He
@@mapinkpout4711 Hell is NOT the lake of fire...its the grave...look it up in the Strongs , I always was taught that hell was the lake of fire too...but it doesn't say they are called up from hell to be judged, it says that the dead in sin go to the great white throne judgement where every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD...their spirit is doomed upon death but hell is death/grave not the final lake of fire...I was wondering does their SOUL not their spirit stay with the body in the grave...we are in 3 parts body, soul and spirit although we are ONE person...I wondered if their soul drifted on the earth as demons, the body returns to dust, their essence/mindful self or spirit HAS TO BE JUDGED! PROVEN TO BE WORTHY OF the Lake of Fire reserved for the Devil and his demons/ fallen angels...I know the Spirit LEAVES the body of the saved at death...but ur missing something!
