Blowing your horn is not road rage. And you can not be fined or given any citation for blowing your horn. Job or not he was not supposed to be on his phone. One law is for all. Law enforcement or not.
This cop was definitely abusing his power but you are wrong they are exempt from the phone laws while on duty also they are allowed to use there laptops while driving
@VOTE.AMERICA well his "police matters" couldn't have been that urgent if he had time to get out for a silly convo that never needed to happen. Move your fucking car lmao
I dont know where your from. But where im from you can not be lawfully citated for use of a horn. Theres no law in place for a citation on that where i live. @@jake1408
And, who was arguing? The cop. The guy was simply responding. This is our tax dollars at work. It’s embarrassing. Other countries are laughing at us. Earning the hate.
I don't think it's hate they're earning, but disrespect for sure. Countries see our justice system as a joke, and it is to a lot of extent, but it's up to voters to put people who don't tolerate that type of behavior in positions of influence. We can't admit the problem and not seek to fix it, or be the voice of "finger waggers."
I’d love for a judge to see this footage. If he really is for justice, not only u don’t have to worry about the ticket but the officer would be reprimanded as well.
They can lie. Legally. That’s not road rage. Honking horn outside an urgent situation to make someone aware can be illegal. But, this is a distracted driver on phone. Might’ve been important. Probably barging with his wife. He should’ve simply moved. But, flexing the ego.
So.... auto makers install an instrument for road rage on every vehicle in the world. I would absolutely accept that ticket and contest it in court and let's see what the judge says. And law enforcement is exempt from the cell phone law??? Yeah right.
Officer escalated a toot of a horn into automaticly threatening him with a crime of something the officer clearly did not record or have proof of in that moment.( Reminder you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, not guilty while we look for the evidence). I wish the supervisors actually gave a damn about the people and not trying to cover up the officers mistakes/illegal actions.
There is actually an exception for law enforcement that allows them to use their phone while operating a vehicle, unfortunately. But honking a horn is not illegal.
Cops need to do a better job of not putting up with this bs. It’s hard to say you are a good cop when you’ll allow others to act like this. Fire him or put him on desk duty
"I need to be in my phone: Yes. So as we all. But we got tickets for it. I never have seen a person have the pardon of an officer because they really need to talk.
He may be required to be on his phone but not while driving. He should have pulled over. File a formal citizen complaint and take it to court and see what judge actually allows this ticket to go through.
Man this happened to me & my best mate, the cop was parked in a roundabout while on his phone & we waited 30-45 seconds & then beeped, the cop went around to get behind us then he instantly hit the sirens on. Pulled us over & said "its not a very bright idea to beep at a cop is it!?" in the angriest tone, then an old lady walked up to our window & said I witnessed what happened to you & that cop was in the roundabout for the 5minss it took me to walk up the road & he was there before I even left my house... Total tyrant behaviour!
Yeah because you’re not using your phone for the same reason. He’s using his for police business, while you’re using yours to ask Sarah want she wants from Taco Bell.
What an idiot are we supposed to believe in a non emergency without lights flashing he can block an intersection while on the phone instead of pulling offaround the corner. This is typical of the modern American order inforcement officer not law, they got a badge and they are gunna use it
If this idiot would have any respect for law inforcement he would never have honked. I would never honk at a policeman. His momma never taught him respect.

You’re completely wrong, you can get a ticket for honking your horn when it’s not necessary
You can definitely get a ticket for improper use of a horn
I dont know where your from. But where im from you can not be lawfully citated for use of a horn. Theres no law in place for a citation on that where i live. @@jake1408

Officer Smoothbrain had his feelings hurt.
Everyone should pity the poor feller and his welfare benefits.
End qualified immunity
And Trump wants to give them TOTAL immunity 😖 .
Cops will have more power then ever for the next 4 years 😊
@@VIKTOR-ck3dxI just was going to say the exact same thing Trump is going to turn this country into a police state

Using your horn is not road rage, its freedom of speech
100%
I speak English and horn your honor.
If he has to use the phone for official Police business why can't he pull over like the rest of the drivers. ????
Why do horns exist, officer? Solely for road rage?
They can lie. Legally. That’s not road rage. Honking horn outside an urgent situation to make someone aware can be illegal. But, this is a distracted driver on phone. Might’ve been important. Probably barging with his wife. He should’ve simply moved. But, flexing the ego.
Let's subpoena his phone for said police related phone usage.
So.... auto makers install an instrument for road rage on every vehicle in the world. I would absolutely accept that ticket and contest it in court and let's see what the judge says. And law enforcement is exempt from the cell phone law??? Yeah right.
OK, Good, We will See ALL of this footage in Court. And See how long you have a Job, We can go with that.

Cops aren't above the law, and this one is about to learn that the hard way 🤣🤣
This cop on a serious power trip talking bout he gon subpoena his phone 😂😂 wtf bro?! That shit escalated quick
Cops aren't above the law even cops cant be on their phone.
I like how In all of this the cop was still blocking traffic with that sorry ahh lecture 💀
There is actually an exception for law enforcement that allows them to use their phone while operating a vehicle, unfortunately. But honking a horn is not illegal.
Honking this long... This guy wanted beef and was trying to piss off the cop so he can get a case

Really? What law is that?
@chrisaguirre6103 it's pretty accessible information if you look it up.
He won't let he's ego go, i bet it wasn't police related on the phone.. lol
Using a horn isn't road rage . If a judge saw this in court I would assume he would throw it out . The police officer was full of crap
Cops need to do a better job of not putting up with this bs.
It’s hard to say you are a good cop when you’ll allow others to act like this. Fire him or put him on desk duty
When the road cleared up you should've pointed it out that the road was clear and gave a little honk 😂
being on phone call IN CAR EVEN IF HE IS A COP SHOULD BE ILLEGAL THEY HAVE COMS STILL ILLEGAL EVEN FOR COPS TO BE ON THEIR PHONE!
Don’t text and drive officer
Actually hes not allowed on his phone 😂
Probs to the biker❤✝️ good response
I'd actually travel to sit in court and see this one through 😂
Hell, I'd take the ticket. The cop's writing himself one to deal with in court, in doing so!
If you’re not supposed to honk your horn why is it there
"I need to be in my phone:
Yes. So as we all.
But we got tickets for it.
I never have seen a person have the pardon of an officer because they really need to talk.
I’m not impeding traffic but then proceeded to impede traffic
Lot more patience than id have

How to get an easy multi million dollar lawsuit. Biker gettin PAID!
that cop is a toddler
someone beeping the horn at someone is not road rage, getting out of your car angry at the person doing what you're doing cop is road rage
Honestly, something Nick Wilde said in Zootopia speaks towards many cops. They try to arrest people for...
"hurting of feelings"
Didn’t know Karen’s came in that shape !
If he had to make a "police related call" you have a radio for a reason
Still need a handsfree set !
can someone tell me what happened after this
The worst crime in America is hurting a cops feelings and hurting their fragile egos
Man this happened to me & my best mate, the cop was parked in a roundabout while on his phone & we waited 30-45 seconds & then beeped, the cop went around to get behind us then he instantly hit the sirens on. That cop got fired.😊
People need to me mentally tested before becoming a police officer. Officers need to be in the right state of mind and reasonable.
He really said the he can give him a ticket for road rage
Funny how most cops seem to always abuse there power
Then you need to pull over to let traffic pass. What a bully.
Power trip without even knowing you have be power trip
how can beeping a horn be a road rage if nearly every vehicle has got a horn
“I wasn’t even angry”. Poor kid. Cop is mad cause he just got dumped by his girlfriend and so he’s Angry and taking it out on the kid. 😢
He can use his phone at a red light, yet I got a $400 ticket for doing the same exact thing. Pathetic
Yeah because you’re not using your phone for the same reason. He’s using his for police business, while you’re using yours to ask Sarah want she wants from Taco Bell.
“beeping a horn at a vehicle is road rage” then why the horns exist
"police related phone call" police officers have a radio for that, right...?
He was stopped for a yield?
Just get the ticket and then fight the ticket in court
Just don’t honk your horn at a cop.. simple 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
He was impeding traffic by not moving and being on his phone
And it's not illegal to honk your horn
The cop is unfair 😊
Poor cop got his feelings hurt
Cop supposedly doesn’t know how yield signs work. He had the time to go get he say there
Road rage is not a crime and another thing let's get his camera and hear if it was a police related phone call
But it was a yeild sign tho not a stop sign
If they use phones why need radios?
Because radios can be heard on scanners... by anyone. Phone is secure to discuss official business not needed to be shared with the public.
I wish to know outcomes to most of thise shorts lol
The rules don’t are not set the for the cops just for us what a joke.
