1 kg mutton
1/2 cup oil
bay leaves
cinnamon stick
1 onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp pepper corns
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 cup chickpea lentil / chana daal
6 medium size tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
1/2 kg bottle gourd
2 tbsp oil
1 small size onion
2-3 red chilies
curry leaves
coriander leaves
