Thank you sooooo much! I know it’s not for everyone, but I am thrilled when someone tells me they love it so thank you so much for taking the time to let me know you are enjoying it! You made my day!! 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰
Don’t forget to let us know about your favorite releases or pick-ups for 2024 ! 🎉A few I didn’t mention because I didn’t get a full bottle of but I thought were also fantastic releases of 2024 were Tilia and Guidance 46. 🙌
Hi Chris! I too purchased Äican this year. I love the way Kajal does fruit. And the passionfruit in this is so delicious. My favourite designer release this year would be Donna Karan's Cashmere and Palo Santo. Love this! Starts off with a bright, realistic peach at the opening and then that creamy cashmere kicks in with a palo santo and vanilla base. I've also come across two really good ME fragrances this year. An original from Khadlaj: Empire Victor. Did the world need another vanilla? Nope. But this one is so well done, and like nothing else in my collection. Has a bit of citrus, but it is so creamy and addictive. Another ME scent is an "inspired by" one from Fragrance World: Nudo Exotic Flowers. The bottle is ridiculous (it is shaped like a purse). But the fragrance is pretty much a bang-on dupe of Initio's Narcotic Delight. Soo darn sexy and perfect for the winter. I know you aren't too fond of ME fragrances, but Fragrance World ( French Avenue) has been really knocking it out of the park lwith their releases as of late.
I smile every time I smell Blue Madeleine. It's just so beautiful to me. I have Sirene, too. It's lovely as well. Encore Une Fois is a beautiful vanilla that I picked up. Thanks for another great video 🫶
My favorite pick ups in 2024- Tilia, Sur Ma Peau Dries Van Noten, Jardin de L'Orangerie Dries Van Noten, Queen of Silk Creed, La Mar House of Bo. I live in the Az desert, so I don’t wear a lot of really heavy perfumes!
Oh em gee!!! I LOVE the ones you mentioned as well!!! 😮 I tried to keep it to 2024 releases otherwise I’d otherwise my list would have been a million miles long. 😂
Hey Chris, Blue Madeline was one of the most interesting fragrances that I purchased in 2024. A very interesting take on the tea note, not to mention, an absolutely stunning bottle. You look so classy as usual. I love your sweater. Thanks for the video ❤😘
Happy New Year Chris and many blessings for 2025!🎉Angham was a great release and I’m happy to have it in my collection. I was on the fence with Goddess but Angham lasts longer, so affordable and I actually like it more! ❤️😘
I think my #1 favorite release of 2024 was Dries Van Noten Chamomile Satin. I also really loved Atelier Des Ors Blue Madeleine (just grabbed a bottle for $119 on fragrancenet 🤯) and Les EAUX Primordiales Iris Palladium. Some other good ones were House of Bo Bombon and Maison Violet Pour Rêver (though i just got my decant and have only given it one good wear so far). I thought the Glossier You flankers were both really nice too, but I have a sentimental attachment to You so it’s hard for me to be fully objective.
Hello my beautiful friend!! You're all smiles today and it's putting a smile on my face! 😁 I hope you're having a wonderful holiday season! ❤ Yes I totally get that apple-y fruitiness from Narcotic Delight, reminds me of Casablanca 🍏🥰
I love Angham! It's gorgeous. I'll likely get a second bottle. You're right about the lavender being less in your face on this one. It's just a lovely fragrance. ~Cynthia
@@ThePerfumeNest It really is. I got mine for just $19, free shipping, because the box was damaged. Score! Adding that I bought a second one from the same Ebay seller, I like it that much. It was $25 this time. It's definitely a keeper!
Received my bottle of Vanilla Eclat 2 days ago and so happy I blind purchsed despite struggling with vanillas. I absolutely love the bergamot/rice opening. The drydown is soft and inviting and while there is a (non gourmand vanilla) it is enveloped so well by sandalwood and amber. It is an easy wear. Blue Madeline sounds intriguing.
Omg!!! You look stunning! I know you have so many subscribers, I had mentioned that I ordered a five ML of Blue Madeleine, I’d love it for our Chicago weather, I love it for cozy time! Great video as always
Hi Chris! I'm happy to see my two favorite ME fragrances make it on your list. 😊 Angham is so pretty and Eclair is great both on it's own and to layer with. My favorite pick-up this year was hands down Vanilla Eclat! ❤So stunning and addictive. It should be in your list!
Wonderful choices! I bought Utopia because of you and it is such a pretty, year-round fragrance, and so affordable! I adore Patchouli Paris, so gorgeous...Sirene is wonderful as well; I just received Blue Madeleine, after sitting on the fence about it and I'm glad I did. Happy New Year!
Hello Chris! So thrilled to see my faves mentioned here like Blue Madeleine, Sirène, Narcotic Delight and on your comments, Tilia. I have not smelled Guidance 46 but I think it’s the Guidance version for me as I sometimes struggle with the OG. 💜💙💚
Hi! Yes I struggle with the OG Guidance (esp the opening) but enjoy the dry down. I didn’t have issues with 46 but I don’t love it enough to buy a full 400$ bottle. ❤️
Hi Chris, Greetings from the UK! I subscribed to your channel a few weeks ago and I'm really enjoying your content- congratulations on Vanilla Eclat - I got a sample of it and it's so lovely, very cosy.. I also enjoyed Angham by Lataffa as well as Maui in a bottle by Kayali this year xx
Aw thank you so much for the lovely comment! And I’m so tickled you are enjoying Vanilla Éclat. Where did you get your sample? So I can pass the info along. 😁❤️
Great video as always! I would say for me it has to be Tilia, Byredo Mojave Ghost Absolut, Ormaie 18-12, Bibbi Rainbow Rose, Acne Studios, MFK APOM, Room 1015 Wavechild and Vanilla Haze från Fugazzi . Designer: Flowerbomb Tiger Lily, Prada Virtual Flower, NR Musc Nude, Valentino Green Stravaganza and (re-released) Dior The Cachemire.
Thanks for another lovely lineup! I can't remember if Musamam White Intense was released this year or last year but it was my favorite scent, hands down, of the year. (I don't get to try too many fragrances, so my pool is a tad smaller but it really is delicious and not a dupe.)
I love your top! I just got Hinoki and Cedarwood. It’s so comforting. A new pick up for me this year is Pink Me Up by Atelier des Ors. I find it fun and flirty.
Just got Blue Madeleine from Fragbuy - they have a great sale happening now with additional 10%off and free shipping. Looking forward to it as I like your recommendations. Great list as always 😊
I became obsessed this year about cheapie by BBW In The Stars. I also bought Covered in Roses by them, and they both last forever. I don't usually like the old grandma roses, but this one is nice. I am intriqued by the Lataffa mentions. I want to smell them ASAP🎉
I recently discovered your channel and absolutely love your videos. I just rekindled my love for fragrances and restarted my collection. I wanted to ask, do you keep your fragrances in their boxes (some have some really beautiful boxes) or do you toss them boxes and have just the bottles displayed? I wasn’t sure if they should be kept in the boxes to keep them properly stored. Will continue to watch your videos and fragrance recommendations
Hi there!!! Oh my gosh thank you so much for the lovely comment and for joining my TH-cam family!!!! 🥰 When my collection was smaller, I used to keep them on my vanity, now that it is larger, I keep them in an IKEA bookshelf. Away from direct light. I don’t keep them in their box. If they were getting direct light I would keep them in their boxes. Let me know if there are any topics you would like for me to cover. 🥰❤️
@ thank you for sharing how you keep/organize your fragrances. Maybe once my collection grows beyond where I keep them on my display shelf in my closet I’ll consider the IKEA bookshelf. On another note, do you have a recommendation for something similar to Beyond Love by Killian. I am down to my last refill for the travel spray and just realized the fragrance is discontinued 😩
Great list Chris! Love Sirene, quite beautiful. I think I’m going to need to get my nose on Patchouli Paris one of these days 🤔 Happy New Year to you! 🎉🎉🎉
@ yeah I think patchouli can be a challenge sometimes. Boy you were right about Le Lion, holy moly. I’m going to have to slowly and gently get to know that one!
Cherry and tobacco happens to be my favorite combination of notes. Initio Narcotic Delight sounds like a fragrance I would likely appreciate. "Thanks Chris for sharing your wonderful list of best fragrances of 2024." 🙂👌
I’ve been wearing my Blue Madeleine decant here in my hometown and enjoying it in this cooler weather😍😍. I’ve been hearing good things about Angham but my stockist doesn’t have it yet🤔🤔. This was so much fun to watch👌👌. Stay gorgeous🥰🥰
Hi Chris! I’m obsessed with Jo Malone Hinoki and Cedarwood! So pretty and comforting. I went to Guerlain counter nd finally tried Patchouli Paris. It is a refined and sophisticated patchouli scent. I would have gotten myself a bottle if the price is not this high. Thank you for your recommendations! Have a happy new year 😊
Hey there!!! Yes I HATE the prices of the Guerlain fragrances. But they sell them in 10 ml decants now! So much better. And I agree about Hinoki & Cedarwood!!🙌
Vanilla Eclat 💙 (great job with this one! It’s SO nice!), Jusbox 54 💛, and Hermes Barenia 💖! I also loved La Vie est Belle L’Elixir (which is odd because I don’t like any of the other LVEBs, with a strong dislike of the original) and Miss Dior Le Parfum (because it reminds me of the 2017 EDP that I loved).
Happy 2025 Chris! Great video as always. I guess my favorite fragrance released 2024 are: Quattro Pizzi by Casamorati/Xerjoff and Camomille Satin by Dries Van Noten. I’ve also really enjoyed Cashmere & Palo Santo by Donna Karan, Pelagos by Parfums Dusita, Vanille des Afriques Intensivo by Ormonde Jayne, Clifton by Adamo Parfum And some of my favorite purchases in 2024 are: Ivory Route Xerjoff, Pasticcio by Sospiro Perfumes, VideCorMeum by Chris Collins, Pentimento by Jorum Studio, Inverness by Memo Paris, What I Did On My Holidays by 4160 Tuesdays, Borabora Giardini Di Toscana
I've been wanting to try Angham for awhile now, I do love Burberry goddess so I'm pretty sure it would work for me! ❤ I'm not a Libre girl but Flowers & Flames was by far the closest contender to be one I could handle! 🥰
I think my 2 fave releases of 24 have been Tilia from Marc-Antoine Barrois, and 20 Bourbon Brulee from Ledda. I have full bottle of the Ledda and soon as I finish my decant of Tilia I will definitely be springing for a bottle.
I love JM Hinoki -- it's one of the best unisex scents, so airy. A lady from wine tasting had it on and it smelled so good in the air. Love Aican too. My fave 2024's also include Eau de Audacity, Queening, L'eau Papier, Baniyas, Celeste. I am looking forward to Vanilla Eclat. I love a rice note in perfumes because it really balances the other notes (my first niche was Love in White --has rice notes which as so different back in the day).
I wont lie.. Vanilla Eclat wasn’t a love at first sniff i had to wear it a couple times but i will say the more i wore it up until even now the more obsessed i become and the more i crave it and love its uniqueness with that vanilla and rice with the light spice.. it’s absolutely stunning. At first sniff with the rice and buttermilk i almost regretted the purchase but magic struck at some point and its like the blend and my skin just clicked and now i love it from opening to dry down. I couldn’t talk about the best of 2024 without Vanilla Eclat because it’s one of the most unique and addictive scents. You may have turned me into a rice note lover..
Ah thank you for the feedback and your honesty. Thats the unfortunate thing about brand new perfumes. It might take a few days or even weeks to settle and blossom into what they are meant to be. I knew it wasn’t going to be for everyone, but I wanted something very unique . Thank you again for not giving up on it! 🙏🏻🥰🥰
Chris ❤️❤️❤️ You look stunning! I would like to have Bond no. 9 Gardenia in my collection (if I get it at a discount 😄), it smells so lovely. I get the same plastic note in Bianco Latte. Both Eclair and Angham sound interesting, I will explore more middle eastern scents. Did you try Teriaq Intense?
My favourites of 2024 is Barenia from Hermes and Angel Fantasm from Mugler and they actually remind me of eachother in some way. I tried layering them (also the OG Angel with Barenia) and the drydown was magical. Of the middle eastern ones Rifaaqat Adorn Paris Corner is sooo good, better than Tuxedo imo. (Also the OG Rifaaqat thats a dupe of Babycat but from 2023:) Happy New Year to you✨🥰
Thanks Chris! You look angelic! Your sweater is so pretty❤I really want to try Sirene. Have you sampled Dolce Melodia? If so, what are your thoughts? I want to sample it too! It's been on a lot of 2024 "Favorites". Happy New Year🎉
@@allisonbotts8532 I purchased 9ml from scent split! Did not think I would like it. I tried it because of the hype!!! Needless to say, it is a complement getter! My sister that does not like perfume asked “ what is that I’m smelling “? I absolutely love it. It is sexy, feminine and beautiful! Try it.
Just real quick, because I am still watching the video. Thank you so much for pronouncing Libre the correct way! I cannot tell you how much I cringe when I hear most vloggers mispronounce it.
Hi Chris, a happy and blessed New Year to you and yours. I got a decant of Patchouli Paris and it just did not do it for me. I really enjoy Utopia, Sirene, and Angham. So many fragrances and so little time😂
I was also surprised with how much I've enjoyed Narcotic Delight as I'm usually not a cherry note fan. The moment my decant is used up, I migjht just a full bottle. My top releases for 2024 are: Pelagos (Dusita Parfums), Quattro Pizzi (Xerjoff Casmorati), Lucky Esprit de Parfum (Dior), and Guidance 46 (Amouage).
for me the best is TILIA by Marc-Antoine Barrois; the nose behind this fragrance is Quentin Bisch (Top notes are Lime (Linden) Blossom, Jasmine Sambac and Broom; middle notes are Heliotrope, Vetiver and Orange Blossom; base notes are Ambrofix™ and Georgywood.); then I will quote LES NUITS by Astier de Vilatte for those who enjoy roses.
I assumed it was a woman because Joe for a man is usually Joe (with an "e"). Jo is usually short for the female name Josephine like Josephine March from Little Women
Chris, it was very humble of you not to include your new fragrance. I think it's right up there insofar as new releases of 2024 go.
Thank you sooooo much! I know it’s not for everyone, but I am thrilled when someone tells me they love it so thank you so much for taking the time to let me know you are enjoying it! You made my day!! 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

Hey sweetie!! I haven’t tried Teriaq Intense yet. I hear it’s very similar to something I already have.
I 🩷 New York Gardenia
Yay!!!🎉
My favourites of 2024 is Barenia from Hermes and Angel Fantasm from Mugler and they actually remind me of eachother in some way.
I tried layering them (also the OG Angel with Barenia) and the drydown was magical.
Of the middle eastern ones Rifaaqat Adorn Paris Corner is sooo good, better than Tuxedo imo. (Also the OG Rifaaqat thats a dupe of Babycat but from 2023:)
Happy New Year to you✨🥰
Yes I adore Barenia also! I’m on the fence about getting a full bottle.
Yes I think Rifiqaat is a great affordable alternative to Babycat. Love it and shown it many times here, but it’s been a while
@@ThePerfumeNest i think its absolutely worth a full bottle! So gorgeous🥰
Try it.
Yes I finally bought it when I got it for 18% off. ❤️
Just real quick, because I am still watching the video. Thank you so much for pronouncing Libre the correct way! I cannot tell you how much I cringe when I hear most vloggers mispronounce it.
Oh just wait. I’m sure I’ll botch it next time. 😂Americans have a very difficult time with French pronunciation. 😉❤️
@@ThePerfumeNest You're doing fine, Chris!
My favorite is blue madeleine. I LOVE It. It does't last more than five hours on me, but i don't mind
Same!!
Hi Chris, a happy and blessed New Year to you and yours. I got a decant of Patchouli Paris and it just did not do it for me. I really enjoy Utopia, Sirene, and Angham. So many fragrances and so little time😂
I’m glad you got a sample first. I wish I didn’t like anything from that line! 😂🤦♀️😵💫
@@ThePerfumeNest 🤣True statement!!
I agree, the designer flanker releases this year were underwhelming. The previous flankers were better.
Agree!💯
French Defense, rise n shine, and of course Vanilla Eclat!
Aw you are so sweet thank you!!🙏🏻🥰🥰
I was also surprised with how much I've enjoyed Narcotic Delight as I'm usually not a cherry note fan.
Pelagos?! Oh I need to sample that one thanks!!! I have a travel of Lucky Esprit! Yet I haven’t tried it yet! What is wrong with me!? 😂
Taking a guess. The designer one you liked was Orchid Vanille? LOL. We’ll see 🥰
🥰🥰🥰That’s been a long love for me.
for me the best is TILIA by Marc-Antoine Barrois; the nose behind this fragrance is Quentin Bisch (Top notes are Lime (Linden) Blossom, Jasmine Sambac and Broom; middle notes are Heliotrope, Vetiver and Orange Blossom; base notes are Ambrofix™ and Georgywood.); then I will quote LES NUITS by Astier de Vilatte for those who enjoy roses.
I agree! I ADORE Tilia and plan to get a bottle for Spring
💕💕💕💕
❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰
For me, 2024 had too many releases, I've lost myself in all of the new brands and go back to the classics 😅❤❤❤
I hear you!!!
🎄would like to be considered for the giveaway of the variety by M. Micallef perfumes. Thank you 😊
🥰🥰❤️🍀
Favorite men’s fragrances all time?
Creed Aventus. The oldest formulas. Followed by the newest Intense.
@ thank you
I got my hands on new Dior Parfum 2025. They went from a masterpiece (Parfum) to a mediocre run of the mil fragrance. MFK strikes again 🤦🏽♂️.
Thank you for the feedback
Jo Malone is HER??😮I thought it was a guy😂I am not a fan so I didn't care enough to investigate. The perfumes made me nauseaus😂😅
Yes it’s a she. Many ppl are surprised to hear that. 😁❤️
I assumed it was a woman because Joe for a man is usually Joe (with an "e"). Jo is usually short for the female name Josephine like Josephine March from Little Women
Guidance 46
I agree!!!! 🙌❤️I almost mentioned it as a runner up (but don’t own the FB).
Great list! I liked Aican and Sirene a lot, and would add Delphinus by creed and Mfk Apom as two other faves from this yr
