I'm Jewish but I believe in God's Son, I'm not a Sunday Sabbath but I'm a little Jewish, I'm for YOSHUA I'm not a Nico., I'm a believer in the Christ,but I don't do pagan, I believe in God s feasts but I don't do SACRIFICES. There are 7 churches and not one was or is names a Christian church! So?! I have been baptised and I only need it once, YOSHUA will run a Kingdom and it will be on the new earth and new Jerusalem so I don't do CONTRIDICTing like ALOT and I mean ALOT of people! Are you one?

I am studying the book of Revelation and I want to understand the sins of the Nicolaitans, so that I don't fall into that sin and can recognize who and what it is. There was a definite reason Jesus pointed these people out and I will learn of the matter.
It's having the spirit of indifference. This spirit allows you to practice the PC culture over truth. You take on the idea of " live and let live", " you do you and I do me ". They had the mindset of tolerance, when it came to God's word, and not excerisering the truth of God's word. I'll give you an excellent example, love is love we can love whomever we want and how ever we want. If it doesn't hurt anyone or anything it's ok. " Homosexually ", " Formication ", " and others. All in all side stepping the truth for acceptance.

Hello brother I was doing a deep study on this as well and this is actually celebrating Christmas, Easter, and a few others. Nicolaitan was a pagan convert so he brought their traditions eating after idols.
Christmas has nothing to do with Christ birth. And Easter has more do to with the goddess of fertility Ishtar.
Do a search on this history channel and you’ll see them identify the pagan origins. Also TruthUnedited has a good video breakdown of these holidays.

In order to Be an overcomer, we must read the Holy Word as it is written. If all the understanding of Scripture that we get is from hearing others teach it, we are doomed. There are more false teachers on the web and other media that there is teach of the Truth. I agree with this man. Thank you, Pastor Renner for your clarity.

Do we take the warnings of the Gospel, the New Testament, seriously? The Savior warned us: “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:13-14). The apostle Peter gave this testimony: “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). However, we have many names for Christ: Jesus, Iesus, Iesous, Yeshua, Isa, and not to mention the pronunciation “Hey-zeus.” So is the name based on God’s revelation or on the linguistics of mankind? Therefore, which one is the revealed name from Heaven? Halleluyah is universally known throughout the world, and yet few seem to know what it actually means. Hallelu, means Praise, and YAH is the name which is above every name, and this name means “I AM.” Halleluyah means “Praise YAH.” YAH means “I AM” in Hebrew. YAH is found in Strong’s Dictionary of Bible Words # 3050. Where did the name YAH originally come from? Moses asked God for His name: “Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, (“HAYAH ASHAR HAYAH) “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM {YAH} has sent me to you.’ Moreover God said to Moses, ‘Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations’” (Exodus 3:13-15). Praise YAH, Halleluyah!
According to the prophets “YAH” is the only name of salvation for us: “Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV), and Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name Yah, and rejoice before Him” (Psalm 68:4 NKJV). “I, even I, am the Lord {YAH}, and besides Me there is no savior” (Isaiah 43:11). Christ tells us that He is YAH, when He said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM {YAH}” (John 8:58). Christ is I AM, that is YAH. Therefore the angel came to Joseph and said, “And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name YAHSHUA, for He will save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21). Joseph was given a command to name Him YAHSHUA!
The apostle Paul on the road to Damascus, to persecute Christians, was confronted by a bright light, and the Savior told him in Hebrew, “I am YAHSHUA...” (Acts 26:13-15). The apostle Paul heard the name which is above every name {YAH}, for he writes, “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Messiah is LORD, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11) All languages are to know this one revealed name “YAHSHUA” from the LORD. What happens if one rejects the revealed name YAHSHUA, the one name given under heaven by which we must be saved? Answer: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18). The name Jesus has only existed in its present form since the 17th century. Reject the revealed name YAHSHUA, the one name by which we must be saved, and stand before the Judgment Throne condemned according to the Gospel, the New Testament. In YAHSHUA’S Name, Amen. Many Christian religious leaders are not representing the New Testament in Spirit and Truth. They are not teaching the truth about the Savior’s true name YAHSHUA. Christ said in Matthew 7:21-23, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” We must follow the revelation of the LORD! Another warning to the religious leaders: “And now, O priests, this commandment is for you. If you will not hear, and if you will not take it to heart, to give glory to My name,” Says the Lord of hosts, “I will send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, because you do not take it to heart” (Malachi 2:1-2). There is only one name given under heaven by which we must be saved, behold the name of salvation, YAHSHUA! Halleluyah, Praise YAH, Praise YAHSHUA! Take it to heart!

My uncle which is a pastor in El Salvador told me that nowadays most churches (in America) teach the love of Christ, but not sanctity. When he said that to me I realized how true that is. Most churches in Central America remind of Philadelphia, the poor but wealthy church.

He does! The Word says, "...forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you"(Colossians 3:13 NIV). Many passages ask us to forgive. However, remember that forgiveness is not about the other person. Forgiving is about your healing and restoration, from forgiving others to forgiving yourself and God's forgiveness. I encourage you to seek Godly counsel or a therapist. You are allowed and encouraged to set healthy boundaries for yourself. "Nico" means "rule/ruler" & "laitan" comes from laity the "common man" I see the beginnings of denominationalism., where leaders used the church settings to produce a hierarchy of leadership to "rule" over adherents of the gospel. John 13 illustrates Christ's
teaching on leadership...the opposite of the Nicolaitans

I want to ask a question about candles... Many religions today use candles all over the world today and in our past... Why do candles represent Jesus? It is also likely that candles or oil lamps were burned at the tombs of the saints, particularly martyrs. In the Catholic church, light has always had a special significance because it represents Christ. Lighting a candle symbolises Christ, the Light of the world... Prior to the candle, people used oil lamps in which a lit wick rested in a container of liquid oil. Romans began making true dipped candles from tallow, beginning around 500 BC... Tallow is a rendered form of beef or mutton suet... Beeswax, compared to animal-based tallow, burned cleanly, without smoky flame. The earliest surviving candles originated in Han China around 200 BC. These early Chinese candles were made from whale fat... What are the 4 candles in the Bible? An additional layer of meaning names the first candle as the Messiah or Prophecy candle (representing the Jewish prophets who predicted the coming of Jesus), the second is the Bethlehem candle (representing the journey of Joseph and Mary), the third represents the shepherds and their joy, and the fourth is the Angel's... Are candles good thing or a bad thing when so many animals and whales have been hunted to make them...?

Wow I thought it was finished? None are good no not one ... if Christ is the only way to heaven Why would Christ take their candle stick away? what sin were they committing? They were busy doing the will of God.
Oh It just came to me, the most important commandment ... to Love the Lord God with all your heart all your soul and all your mind and your neighbor as yourself.

I was in health care. I accompanied this lady to church one Easter Sunday. One of the pastors was a lesbian and gave the main sermon, while another instructed the church to pay the IRS. THEN the female lesbian baptized a newborn baby, all the little ones of the church collected easter eggs ( Eshtar ). Honest to god, I wanted to puke. I could not WAIT to get out of there. I told the lady when we returned that I cannot accompany her to church, she asked why and I told her. I guess it pissed her off because I have not been back since, and I was one of her regulars. Oh well. Ugh.

Interesting that you talk about the modern church and tolerance. There hasn't been a church that I go to to that hammers on divorce, infidelity, focus on politics, greed, licentiousness and so on. You know, the church acceptable sins.

Bc Christ was around sinners..& with that reasoning if they want to go in a bar to "save" someone they say they will.
Also more morphing of words when the Bible outlines qualifications of a deacon..these say you can have "believing children" even if you never were a father...if you babysit relatives children well that makes you qualified to be a deacon...yet, how can he "rule his house well" if he never has to rule his house? there is no getting through to them.

Nicolaitans means ‘conquering the laity’. People that love hierarchy and want to be elevated in the body. Today’s pastors and priests. This teaching is trying to throw off the scent. Matt 23 is clear. Where are the scriptural references for the meaning of Nicolaitans?

The clergy/laity split was part of the doctrine of the Nicolaitians; a foundational part.
The church I was attending for years eventually went the way of this doctrine. It is sad that so many previously good churches have gone the way of Nicolaitanism. Thank you for explaining this and helping us to understand the great importance of rejecting that doctrine and remaining separated unto God.

Isn’t the word Nicolaitans a two part word meaning power over the people, Nico-power over and laitans meaning laity or the people? This makes me thin of Simon the sorcerer in Acts 4, desiring to buy the power and ability of the Holy Spirt so that he would keep the “glory” that he was loosing. A problem of many preachers that want the glory for “their” ministry or themselves, the power of influence!
This is why history matters , and who writes ✍ the books. I find it beautiful to know that spiritual intervention for John was while he was on an island " In the Spirit " , if people who deny Jesus as a real human, deny a record of john Recieving this " ethereal " encounter with the alpha and omega, there is no thing these Deniers can Be shown to change their minds, because they don't want to Believe a reality in History. Its kinda like people back then tried to censorship the truth just as much as they are today, in a whole new meta verse 😉
These acts or beliefs of the Nicolaitions are certainly inspired by the spirit of deception but perversion who not is perverting the union of male and female only, but that spirit of pervertion is perverting all of their other ways of believing.
May God give them all a spirit of wisdom and understanding of Who He is, and pin point accuracy of the Holy Spirits voice, and listen and obey Him, believe the Truth, and turn from their wicked ways and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
In Seminary I gained a 'shallow and in the shadows' understanding of the deeds of the Nicolaitanes. The Lord has used Rick to truly open this subject up for me.
