Mia, you guys are in my backyard!!! I reside in Windemere, a bit north of Kissimmee! I like the look of that property. But if bro says it is a "no-go", then it is a no-go! lol
I don't blame you!!! You are paying for it!!! Here in Albuquerque NM all the Hotels are OUTDATED!!! Residence Inn is nice but needs new furniture and carpeting you are paying at least 120.00 a night to 150.00. Courtyard is nice but want alot of money about 145.00 a night. TownePlace Suites we were there 4 mths they stole 12 hundred dollars out of our SS account. That is Nikolas's money as well and he is disabled. We left there Sept 30 and they took out of our account 12 hundred dollars Oct 1. We are still fighting the bank over an unauthorized take, of 12 hundred dollars. Now we are in Motel 6, I hate it, very old and dirty!!! Keith says that's all we can afford now SS is really lousy!!! I don't even make a thousand dollars a mth and food is outrageously over priced. So now we are just eating crackers. We are hoping to get into a retirement apartment s. I am hoping they will allow Cookie which has been a big hold up!! They are against Pitbulls here!!! UGH!!! We have been in hell!!! If I didn't have Keith I wouldn't know what to do!!! Retirement has Not been good for us 😕. Take care of yourselves!!! Joan Bates ❤
Sorry to hear about all your family is going through. Have you ever thought of buying an RV or Van? I watch a lot of people on TH-cam who have moved into Van/Buses or RV since their income has dropped. I would like to try Van life or RV. That way you won’t have to worry about being separated from Cookie. Plus it will be your place. Just a thought. If you look on TH-cam you can see videos on what I’m referring too. Be encouraged. Prayerfully you will get the money that was taken. God bless you Bates family.🙏🏽❤️
Looked like an old apartment complex, they need to be ashamed. Yeah not a fan of those nasty geckos.🤑. I lived in Ft Lauderdale for 2 years and my dogs were going after those things every minute of the day, there's absolutely nothing you can do to keep them out. My neighbors were saying they were part of the family🤣🤣🤣🤣. I was like not my family, they do keep the mosquitos away.
That place had an unusual large amount. This resort we are at has them under control better. I can take some but that place was excessive. I grew up in the South so I can handle the wildlife but those 🦎were like 🪳.😄
@@MiaLanette they can get a little out of control. I feel they're a lot around right now, not sure if it's birthing season. I have a lot of little ones in my condo development. Enjoy the rest of your stay and safe trip home.

It was overpriced and soooo outdated. 🤣Those Geckos 🦎 serve a purpose but I couldn’t get comfortable with as many that was at the first “resort “.
