If you're curious to know what VOIP service providers work with the NEW Poly Edge B Series IP phones, feel free to contact us via our website: www.richtechnologygroup.com/voip-business-phone-systems.html
Only thing I know of that i'd trust to recommend that's the closest thing to what you're asking for that you can still have on premise and use SIP based phones is Sangoma's phone system solutions from my buddies over at VOIP Supply. That's the old Digium conglomerate, so they are OLDSCHOOL and know their stuff!
Thank you very much for this video. I have a question and I hope you can answer it. I am in the construction field and my skill is tools. A phone like this and setting it up is like rocket surgery to me. So, I have google voice on my cell for all my work calls but I find myself spending more time in my warehouse and at a desk and I wanted to add a desk top phone to use my google voice number on it but also be able to leave the warehouse office and then receive calls on my cell phone again. Can you do a video called "Setting up the Poly Edge B10 for extreme dummies"? Is what I'm asking even possible? Thanks in advance.
Hi there. So, typically we do not do "setup videos" or guides on the various phones, because once they are provisioned to the VOIP service provider in question, they are pretty much plug and play. As for the daily function or use of the phones, most of the manufactures have a "cheat sheet" as we call them that is usually 1 page that will explain step by step how to use the phone in the basic to intermediate sense, from transferring calls, to initiating conference calls and more.

Hey Prince,
Do Ya'll offer any Hybrid VoIP systems? Like if a company wants to use VoIP, but don't want to replace their old infrastructure.
