Victoria Adventure: Malahat Skywalk and Butchart Gardens

Let's get off the beautiful Explora 1 and go explore Victoria. Since we were just here a few months ago we decided to rent a car and go explore outside of the city a little. First we went to Malahat Skywalk and it was a perfect day for it. Since it was so nice outside we decided to enjoy the outdoors and then head over to Butchart Gardens. Wow was it a perfect spring day for that too!
Then it was time to return the rental car and head back to the ship! This was our last night onboard so we had a very special dinner planned at Anthology before getting off the next morning!

We are in Victoria 8pm to midnight . Will we be able to do either of these options? Wondering if gardens is worth it at night ?

Thanks for watching! So Malahat Skywalk closes at 6-7:30 (depending on the day) so that one won’t be open when you are there. And personally I have never been to Butchart at night but they are open till 10pm (unless is a Monday or Tuesday then they close earlier) Butchart is gorgeous and I am sure they have it all lit up looking even cooler. But I would say in this case I would probably book this with the cruise line. Because we have had times (on Alaska cruises) where we were supposed to be in at 8pm and didn’t get in till 9-9:30. If you book through the cruise and they can’t get you there in time then you will at least get your money back. Where if you try and get their on your own it’s always a a risk!
