I am not convinced that the verdict in the Daniel Penny trial was such a righteous verdict. I understand that I was not there when it happened so I could never say that it was right or wrong. Nine or ten years ago I would have been high fiving and expressing how happy I was that justice was served. When I first heard about this, not long after it happened, I had a sickening feeling. It seemed like a knife in my soul. (If that makes any sense.) Killing a homeless, mentally unstable man for “scaring” people does’nt quite follow the my Christian morals. And, he said in an interview he’d have “no problem” doing it again. I think he showed he is on a very slippery slope. Could he have asked for help subduing the man until the police arrived? I don’t know because I was not there. I am not trying to say that you are wrong but I am almost positive that if a police officer would have killed him he would be in jail. I hope Daniel will not attempt to “restrain” anyone else since he is not very good at it. The last time someone died. Not arguing with you, just expressing a different view. I enjoy listening to you.
Fact check: Neely was alive when police and EMS got there. Neely had a pulse. They refused/declined to perform CPR for fear of contracting a disease from Neely.

@@reginaford8575 My thought exactly, but that is what the news has reported.
It is just a building. Nothing to appreciate here but the architecture.
…. But how france with King Louis 14 persecuted the Huguenot was so cruel and mean.
How does that justify killing a private citizen?
