This is in Asia!!!! There they fill in the forms and hand them in at registry office and once thats done they are legally married. The wedding party comes after. So of cause even if you havent had the weddjng party you still have to file for devorse
This is so similar to the story just a couple days ago. Some differences, in the last story he took Mom and in this he took Mom and Dad. In the previous story they went somewhere where you had to speak French, and in this story they had to speak Spanish. If she had stayed with them, he probably would have had the parents moving in with them immediately after the wedding.
