My $16k floating tiny cabin I built on my own that we take on weekends to the sandbars on the river and enjoy quality time together fishing hunting and hanging out with friends and family. It has everything you need to be comfortable for the weekend. For those wondering the toilet uses a state approved LUS-75 camp unit marine sewer treatment system it’s not a holding tank. Plans on doing solar panels when the budget allows and vinyl plank flooring inside, also gutters with rain water collection tanks to be totally self sufficient.
