Great series of catches! It was fun seeing some of the "old" units, like Staff 10 in a suburban with the older style light bar. I saw the old Hazmat rig at 1:24 too - I'm sad I never got a good look at that one. Not sure where it is now...

Thanks Lucas! Yea I was surprised to see how many old videos I still hadn’t uploaded from Seattle so I decided to put this together. There will be one more compilation coming up (and I think I still have some more footage of the Hazmat unit at the station).

Oooh awesome video Tim! What a throwback, that trip was quite the... well, trip! It had its moments but overall it was a fun experience, and watching this video, those units (some of which are gone already!) and that scenery really reminded me of that. Perhaps another trip is due! 😄

Do you know what became of the Hazmat unit barely seen in this video? At the 1:24 mark?

@@eriksdaddy Yea it's Hazmat 80 is a 2005 Pierce Arrow XT 6x4 combination now & the Hazmat rig that they are using now is a 2018 Pierce Arrow XT walk-in

@@eriksdaddy I would assume that it has been retired and either sold or scrapped at this point. It was still being used as a spare unit when this video was taken (2018), but I cannot really imagine that they would have still kept it now.

I’m not sure. I know the Aid and Medic units in Seattle do use it.

All the fire department ‘Aid’ and ‘Medic’ units in Seattle are under the ‘Medic One’ system.
