Hey Tanaania, Congrats on the new apartment. If you ever need an upgrade to the AC in your new home, there are some systems out there that can use both solar and JPS. They cost less to maintain (because of nanotech coating) and cost less to operate. Because these ACs can run completely off the sunlight ☀, when the days are bright, you won't need JPS. And... When the days are the hottest, you'll spend less to keep cool, because of course hot days mean more sunlight ☀ and more power for the unit to operate and you not needing power from JPS.
Me love the set up already and it nuh finish yet. Tan tan was so excited unboxing her new furnitures and I was very excited for her. Can't wait for the next vlog. Boss boss boss. Boss team.

I can suggest some other things you can put on your list.. some accent 20x20 pillows and a throw blanket a pop of color in an area rug to break up the space. A tall standing decorative mirror..

( when you sit on your coach, you should be looking directly at the center of the tv) 2) Totally agree with you, move the couch closer to the tv(6ft from tv) and off the walls.3) Put the dining table behind the couch. 4) get a movable island and depending on size, add (2/3/4) bar stools. And 5) fuck my two cents 😂 and watch some interior designing videos on TH-cam to get some great ideas.

Hey Tanaania, some pointers............put the chairs on the end of the table on the long side so there would be 2 chairs on either side of the table, and move the couch forward as you said and move the table you have at the door behind the couch under the window (sofa table). The table looks a little crowded by the door. Overall, the space is lovely and classy.
Tanaania just a suggestion Move up the couch closer to the Tv and get a console table to put behind the couch and make like a little sitting area or a little nook in the corner
