Dogs Golf Cart Ride Around Kelleys Island

The dogs took several golf cart rides around Kelleys Island! In this video, we focused more on the natural views, the beautiful Lake Erie scenery, the huge forest, the sunset on the lake, and of course the dogs.
Both Beo and Fifi love golf carts.
Golf cart rides are their absolute favorite thing that they ever discovered. The dogs first golf cart ride was actually just over a year ago on Kelleys Island. We have video from 2021! I was so nervous about putting them on a golf cart. I really didn't think the dogs would take to it as well as they did.
From the first moment the dogs hopped on a golf cart, they loved it. It was their absolute favorite thing right from the beginning. They instantly loved it. Now, we hoomans have to try to make sure the dogs get golf cart vacations several times a year.
"Heck walkin,'" says Fifi. It's obviously better on Beo too to not have to walk around so much.
Golf carts can get pricey. It is not cheap, and the more seats you need, the more expensive the carts are. The carts were a lot more expensive on Kelleys Island than Put-In-Bay too. Still, I'd highly recommend as it is part of the experience. Especially on Kelleys Island where everything is just a little bit more spread out.
We prefer the 6 seater, even though there's only 4 of us. All 4 seaters we seen on the island, the back seats face a different direction and just aren't comfortable. We pay for the 6 seater that way we can all face the same way plus it's safer on the dogs. We wouldn't want a dog to fall off the back!
If you live anywhere in the Midwest, I highly recommend a trip to Kelleys Island!
The dogs had a great trip! And we may be back. So far, Kelleys Island is one of the top places we've ever visited.

Fifi loves golf carts. I remember being so nervous about a year ago when we put her on one for the first time, little did I know how much of a love affair would be born that day.
